Mayalay Resort is located on the same side of Thapwarin Resort but on the other end. There are eight bungalows; four with A/C and the others with fan, a big beach restaurant; MAYALAY Restaurant, Beach Bar, Mayalay Spa, a tour desk and a game room.

The bungalows are made of natural materials like wood, bamboo, grass and nipa palm. Room designs are the same as the accommodation in Thapwarin Resort. Electricity is provided all day and night in high season and power save policy is applied in green season.

4 Sea Maya are individual cottages standing on the beach around 15 meters away from the water (prime location). They provide living space with 31 square meters including an open-air bathroom with hot & cold shower and a mini-porch with coffee table offering panoramic view of the beach. All are air-conditioned with double bed.
