How to get to Samed Cabana Resort

By a regular boat :
Malibu boat leaves Baan Pae at Ta Rua Pae (Pae Port) at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. everyday. The average traveling time to Ao Wong Deuan is about an hour. After arriving, you will be transferred to the beach by a small raft which can take time if there are many people. You can buy tickets at the information desk at Ta Rua Pae. It costs 70 Baht/person/trip

By a scheduled speed boat :
The Travel Sea Tour speed boat service leaves Ta Rua Pae at 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. everyday. It costs 300 Baht/person/trip and the boat stops in front of Samed Cabana. The average traveling time to Samed Cabana is 15-20 minutes by a speed boat. You can buy tickets at Travel Sea information desk at 300 Baht/person/trip or book from our Bangkok.

Jan 19, 2012 Chenlili	Samed Cabana Resort, Koh Samed, Rayong 21160 - Review ... good, room is good, breakfast is ok,what is wonderful is the beach , you can snokling by the beach you can find many fish and beautiful creatures...what is could be improve is the reception, we do not got welcome drink but some europ guest got, and the lady refuse to help for confirming the boat tickets even i said i would pay her telephone fee...so i have to find other people to help... people with family is good, if you look for night life this is not your choice. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>	good

Friendly and helpful staff, but still (we were there in March 2011 as well as Jan 2012) no credit card facility. Restaurant food is OK but it IS a great place to eat it. Rooms we were in were both clean and adequate, with all necessary facilities, but hey, they are on the beach front (or, for our first night, 20m back) on a small island, so perhaps one shouldn t expect the earth. The rooms round the nice pool are newer, but none of them actually front onto the beach. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>
Dec 22, 2011 Hans Gard	Samed Cabana Resort, Koh Samed, Rayong 21160 - Review ... Mycket trevligt ställe. Tyvärr alldeles för hårda sängar. Läget underbart bara någon meter från stranden. Mysiga små restauranger med god mat och pubar i närheten.
