We are happy that this hotel is in a great location where there are lots of night life and very convenient. The staff here are very friendly and the service is fantastic during our stay. However, after we checked out, we realized that we have left 3 jackets in the wardrobe, so a couple of days later, I emailed the Hotel manager (Yuttapoon), whom I had no problems getting a reply from previously, but this time I did not hear from him at all. A couple of our jackets had only been worn for the first time. It is such a pity we left them behind. Also there seems to be frequent problems with their wifi as we couldn t get on the internet very often. All in all we are not so happy with their after support and internet, but everything else is great.	We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, but it seems as if the agent did not notify the hotel. On arrival at 1:00am, the hotel advised us they only expected 2 adults according to their agent s paper work, so they had to put in an extra bed in the room for us, then we were charged for the extra bed as well as the kids b/f throughout our entire stay, which completely threw out our budget, so we had to negotiate with the manager and was able to get a discount.......Not happy at all.
