There s no doubt this is a very good value resort in low season especially with Sawadee s offer of stay for 2 nights and pay for one and the mattress is a jewel. But this time the room felt damp; the bed linen, sugar and smell and the air conditioning wasn t very efficient. Only one member of staff (Au) really has a clue how to give good customer service. I enjoyed the stay as it was a family room with one double bed and one extra bed also it had a sofa. my younger child enjoyed sleeping on the sofa. the most amazing thing was the price one night stay one night free. we booked two family rooms. the service was best. breakfast the most enjoyable. The hotel authorities must add halal food in the breakfast.	great
