Sep 18, 2011 Anonymous	Grand Sea View Resotel, Surathani 84140 - Review ... Front desk took almost an hour to check us in when we arrived on late Friday night. They were messy, uncoordinated and didn t seem to comprehend simple English. Also, we had to beg for a kettle and the hotel apparently only had ONE .. which we used to share with 3 other friends in different rooms. I called reception to ask for a hairdryer .. and the different people who answered the phone couldn t understand a single word of English. Had to go down personally to the reception to ask for one .. and the staff on duty (3 or 4 of them) were very unfriendly. We ve stayed in several hotels across Thailand, and this one s our first bad experience in a hotel in Thailand. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>	Efficient & competent.
