Oct 10, 2011 Mirgim Jusufi	BB Chaweng Beach Resort, Suratthani 84320 - Review ... Worst one night experience in Southeast Asia to date. We got in during the evening and went out for a few hours to grab dinner and checkout the nightlife. We got back and walked in through the beach entrance to see the guard asleep in his chair. We get to our room to see that someone had broken in through the bathroom window and stole many of our things. As bad as that feeling was, the worst part of the experience was how utterly useless the staff was to help call the police and actually tried to get us to take a cab to the police station. It was a terrible situation and the staff offered no help and only made the next morning even more miserable by continuously telling us to come back an hour or two later but never had anything to offer when we did. Owner and manager didn t help with anything. So service gets an F. Hotel itself was decent, but not worth the money. Location was good on Chewang beach and a short walk to the main eating/drinking area. Breakfast was poor. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>
