Mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga.
Ordnade bra utflykter till bra priser.
Vi blev skjutsade gratis flera gånger till olika stränder.
Ordnade minibuss för vårt sällskap från hotellet till nästa hotell i Bangkok.
Fri wifi i reception och restaurang.

Koh Chang Resortel, Trat 23170 - Review ...
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER!!!!!This hotels location is the most boring place on whole Koh Chang!!There are no beach, only rocks and stones, two swimmingpools, one huge which is definately not necessary for a nice vacation, after my mind.The other pool was operated in an amateur-style, pumps were not going and the whole hotel was managed the same amateurway. It looked like the hotel had been a very nice and luxury place many years ago, but had been closed for a long period and upstarted again, then not the waterfalls, fontains, the reception(the reception now was an old table with a plastic-chair)and there were only breakfast(felt like old and unfresh food every day!!)
in the so called restaurant , no lunch or dinner so that made the place even more silence and boring in the evenings which you not could spend at the hotel. We had booked two bungalows which was full of ants and moskitos & the windows could not close so the first night was a 200 % complete disaster when the wind blowed hard, could not sleep at all!!Day after the managerdisaster, called hotelmanager let us luckily change rooms, but hotwater, lamps & cleaning did not work properly either. We wanted to check out direct day 2, but of course we could not refund any money which was prepaid, and that is something we are never going to repeat, we had to stay all 8 nights we had prepaid and no one was interested in helping us to solve our bad situation, not the hotel and not the bookingcentral Sawadee which I spoke with day 2, really bad service!! We found many other places we could book direct in the place, also over new year without problems, at White Sand Beach Area which is about 2 km away as well as Klong Prao-beach, much cheaper with pool right beside the nice beach for much less money(actually about half of the price compared with this shit-hotel)than we already had paid. We had to walk on the very much trafficed road in complete dark evenings which was actually very dangerous, sometime we took a taxi, but taking taxi 8 days is expensive as well. The summary as you can understand is after numbers of negative experience that we are never going to go back to this hotel and area ever again and we advice all people we speak to to be careful booking in advance as well. Please take all this information seriously, we are no difficult peoples, we are actually very flexible and easy to make happy-bit with Koh Chang Resotel we were definately very, very disappointed!! <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
Even though we was very disappointed with the hotel the booking service, Sawadee could not help us, that is really lousy service, we wanted to change hotel to another in the bookingcentral which was much more expensive, KC Resort, we found the new hotel ourself at place and spoke direct to the hotelmanager at KC Resort, he was very nice and polite, but Sawadee could not help us anyway and I can only say-really bad and lousy servicemind. We had to stay at Koh Chang Resotel 8 nights which was a disaster!!!!! |
