with private balcony where fits for only 2 persons.
Deluxe Villa, Garden View : 8 Rooms (41.5 sq.m.) Room volume with double and twin bed and its intimate balcony is well suited for 2 persons.
Deluxe Villa, Sea View : 4 Rooms (47.5 sq.m.) Frontal positioned next to the swimming pool. You can easily see the peaceful blue sea.
Superior Deluxe Villa : 2 Villas (82.5 sq.m.) 2 bedroom summer house; its frontal house is based onto the very charming swimming pool. You can see through the pacific blue see. The room is fair-sized for 4-6 persons.
3 Bedrooms Family : 5 Villas (185 sq.m.) Positioned on a piece of 400 sq.m. area with three bedrooms in which 6 up to 8 persons can easily enjoy its space of 185 sq.m. straightened out as the total area requirement.

The Restaurant: located at beach front and near the pool, open all day at 7:00
- 21.30 hrs.
The Restaurant serves everything from a buffet breakfast to an a la carte menu of Thai, Asian and International cuisine as well as Prachuapkhirikhan exotic seafood all prepared by our Master Chef. The dining room has a seating capacity of 90 people.
The Coffee Corner (Cafe De WA): The coffee shop has a unique contemporary design with its upper desk where you can sit and relax.
Out there, coffee klatch is easily made in a friendly and homey atmosphere. On the upper deck of Cafe de WA, you can also enjoy watching the sun first appears at the Pacific Ocean in the morning with a cup of
neatly brewed coffee in your hand. Over half way of day, afternoon coffee or tea can be one of many choices for one who loves flipping through various and sundry magazines provided in shop.

car or taxi
- - Go along high way no. 4 (Phetkasem) until km 382.
- - Keep left and watch for PTT petrol station.
- - Soon after the petrol station, follow the 'Baan Grood' sign
on your left hand side.
- - Drive about 11 kms. following the map instructions
- - 'Baan Grood Arcadia Resort & Spa' is located along Baan
Grood beach
From Bangkok : by bus
- - Departure from the South bus terminal about every 90 minutes.
- - Take the line Bangkok - Baan Saphang, in the bus, ask to be
dropped at Baan Grood (about 5 hours from Bangkok).
- - WARNING : The bus will not stop in the village but on the highway,
make sure to let us know your time of arrival so that we can pick
you up.
From Bangkok: By train
- - Leave Hua Lumpong Station or Thonburi Station for the south
of Thailand.
- - Get off the train at Baan Grood Station (the resort is located
approximately 1 km. away).
- - Our resort will provide the transfer (from/to the train station).
- - WARNING: Make sure that the train stop in Baan Grood

อาหารเช้าไม่ควรจะคิดเงินกับเด็กที่อายุไม่เกิน10ขวบโรงแรมมีความเคี่ยวเกินไปเนื่องจากเด็กจะกินอาหารไม่มากแล้วลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่จะพาลูกหลานไปเที่ยว ในการไปครั้งนี้ทำให้คนที่มาครั้งแรกรู้สึกไม่ประทับใจและคิดว่าคงไม่หวนกลับไปที่นี่อีก แล้วพนักงานก็คอยจ้องลูกค้าที่ไม่มีคูปองโดยลูกค้าได้พาเด็กประมาณ5-9ขวบมาทานเด็กทานเพียงเล็กน้อยแต่พอผู้ใหญ่ช่วยเด็กทานปุ๊บก็มาบอกว่าต้องจ่ายตังค์มันเกินไปทั้งๆที่พักคืนล่ะ5850 เด็กจะเยอะกว่าผู้ใหญ่แต่เป็นเด็กเล็ก อาหารที่เหลือคุณก็ทิ้งโปรดอย่าเคี่ยวคุณรวยได้ก็เพราะลูกค้าอาหารเพียงเล็กน้อยอย่าคิดมาก พักครั้งนี้กับทางโรงแรมคุณก็ประมาณเกืบ50000 แต่พนักงานคุณพูดจาก็ไม่ดี แถมเคี่ยวเรื่องอาหารเช้าอีกมันงกไปไหมค่ะ <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Lovely hotel.Our garden room was a good size and very clean. Very pretty resort with a nice large pool and good restaurant.Very friendly, helpful and sweet staff. The location was very quiet in August which really suited us. Most people who stayed in the area were Thai which was great - the area is still fairly undeveloped and I hope it stays that way. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

A fine resort for the very reasonable price. The area is very quiet and the options limited, but for a short getaway trip it is very recommendable. The temple at the top of the nearby hill is absolutely worth a visit. |
I ve booked through sawadee.com many times and the booking have always been reliable. The booking and payment process is however cumbersome, and could be much improved. |
