It s a little outside, but you can walk to the nightmarket in 10 min time, and TukTuk driving is still cheap in Chiang Mai ( 60,- Baht ). I had a real big room in the 10th floor, big bathroom, 2 bottles of water and coffee in the room for free, and very important for me, very quick wireless LAN in the room without additional cost. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>	I book through Sawasdee.com since 1999, and never had a problem. And I m travelling a lot ! Wolfgang from Germany
