When arriving to the hotel they stated that I haven t made a reservation and that I should search for another accomodation. Only after producing emails with confirmation of booking and payment, small efforts were made to correct their mistakes. Eventually we were offered a (bad) room in the midst of Kaosan Road, take it of leave it. Service was bad, room was not good and service (in both hotels) was even worse!	Booking with Sawadee.com was as expected from last time, it was ok!
