This is first time staying in this hotel and also first time trying Novotel Group of Hotels.
We booked the Premier Exec. Room and I must say that myself, my wife and 5 year old daughter really enjoyed our stay. Especially my daughter who really love the hotel. We were put on the highest floor. The room size is reasonable, special service and priviledges were granted for Premier Rooms which is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Request for additional Towel and toothbrush was attended to promptly. The BTS station is just outside the hotel. Overall experience is good and will recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends. |
Booking confirmation was received one day after the booking done. Email was answered promptly. Service is good. Will use Sawadee.com again for my next visit to Thailand. |

Novotel Bangkok Fenix Ploenchit, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330 - Review ...
The hotel being relatively new, the overall appearance of public areas was excellent and very clean. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide choice of dishes, and the service very friendly and efficient.
The room (1206) was beautifully appointed. The airconditioning temperature though was difficult to adjust, and the floor in the shower got dangerously slippery when whet.
Otherwise my stay was very satisfactory, and I would definitely stay there again. |
