On our second day at the hotel we went out early since we learned the previous day that the stores open as early as 6 am, as we got back to the hotel, we passed by the front desk to claim our meal coupons. One lady at the front desk accused us of already claiming our meal stubs and even made a remark that she was really sure that my husband already claimed it early in the day! I told her to check their cameras to prove that we haven t claimed it yet! It was a very bad experience for us! A few minutes later, another lady at the front desk apoligized to us and gave us another meal stubs that belong to another couple from another room since they made a mistake in giving ours to somebody else. Very bad experience! I wasn t able to get her name since we were already pissed with what she did! But aside from that, we just made sure to make our stay a memorable one. |

Worst Hotel i ever went.. No Hot water, TV is not able to watch.. The bed there s sound.. Counter staffs & manager was all rude.. Service totally can not make it.. Will never step there again.. Terrible stay.. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
When booking everything seem to be ok but really disappointed in the stay. |
