Wunderschönes Resort. Die Beachside Bungalows sind ihr Geld wert - der Blick ist einfach unbezahlbar. Schade ist, dass die Servicezeiten so eingeschränkt sind. Der Strand vor dem Resort ist zum Schnorcheln nicht geeignet, wie auf der Website fälschlicherweise angepriesen. Die Korallen sind tot. |

A good resort which are getting a little bit old. But the most nice restaurant.
Good food and nice cottages. Serviceminded staff. The only bad thing is the beach for small children, a little bit rocky with som corrals. But use the beach app 500m down the island. |

Very friendly and helpul staff. Excellent food. The beach is nice, but during low tide it is not possible to swim.

The strong point of this hotel is the location, which is quite unique in Thailand. Very quiet, natural surroundings, with tropical vegetation and palm trees lining up the beach.
It is a bit over-priced though, especially in the high season. Bungalows are very basic, bed linnen and towels not very clean and smell not very fresh. The food is excellent! However, limited availability, especially of seafood (which you would expect to be abundant in the middle of the sea).
The Thai staff was very helpful and very friendly. However, the supervisors where Filipinos. Extremely unfriendly people. Or when trying to be friendly it showed really fake! Also to the Thai staff they were very rude. I d suggest the owner to look into this.
Besides this, if ur looking to get away of it all, Thapwarin is probably the best place you can find in Thailand <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Everything was perfectly! Very nice bungalow, fresh and tasty food, friendly and helpfull stuff, perfect beach, nice daytrips.

In total a very fine resort.
+: situated on an excellent island, competent englishspeaking staff, very quiet and laidback athmosphere, possible to utilise nabourhotels (Chateau Resot) swimmingpool, very nice parkstyle around spa with competent therapists.
-: W-bungalows in the back (nr 10-12) are just on the other side on a brisckwall from the nabourresorts 24-hour diesel engine powerstation. |

Clean, nice and a lovley view from our cottage! Very friendly staff. The spa was great.However the prices on the resturang went up 20% over night! So prices on the resturang are rather high! Don t forget yor bathingshoes for use during low water! If you takes a walk som 100 meters south on the beach, you will find good swimming conditions during low water. |

A really paradise resort !!
Stayed only for two nights in Warin Cottage . The beach and crystal clear water is brilliant. Snorkeling from the beach at low tide.
Clean and cosy. No pool.
The staff didn t give us too much attention but we can t complain.
We took a walk (200 meters)to the nearby resort ( Hill.. resort something) and took a swim in a pool with a breathtaking view. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
No problems at all! Booked all our six hotels thru sawadee. Easy and comfortable. |

Wir waren im Feb/08 für 4 Tage in dieser Anlage. Netter Empfang, Traumlage - aber: sehr unmotiviertes Personal - Restaurant weit unter Thaistandard, ich denke man kann an jeder Straßenecke besser essen, dazu kommen noch die unverschämten Preise - alles kostet doppelt so viel wie auf dem Festland oder auf größeren Inseln - unsere Beachvilla hat leider auch noch ziehmlich vor sich hingemodert - es roch nach hundertjahrealtem Keller. Fazit: leider sein Geld nicht Wert - immerhin 4900 Baht - aber wer aufmerksam ist, bekommt zumindestens eine Menge seltener Tiere zu sehen. |

This was an ok resort but it was a little bit older than you can see in the pictures. Actually we stayed at a lot of resorts in Thailand and this was not a favorite..The information when we arrived was poor, for an example:
The last day on our stay we heard from another guest that there was a pool! (Free acces to a pool in another resort) They never told us. It was also a quite poor breakfast and we also stayed at their sister-hotel called Mayalay Resort (15 min walking from Thapwarin on the same beach) and that resort was SUPER, it was so much better, the staff was nice, helpful and the food was superb. The bungalows was clean and much better looking than the once at Thapwarin. The beach was also much much nicer! Stay there instead!
