Mayalay Resort, Trang 92000 - Review ...
Koh Ngai is a paradise and the Mayalay resort has the best location on the island. Best in the way that there is the best beach, the bungalows are placed near the beach and in the shadows. Maybe there could be a better breakfast |
Booking service are very proffessional and have quick respons on questions etc |

We liked the bungalows and the location, but the reception and restaurant was poorly managed!
About 7-8 dogs were running around in the reasturant area where we guests were supposed to have a nice breakfast or lunch. Disgusting! The food was expensive and did not taste very good. As I said. Sorry. We will not return. |

The bungalows were very nice - and we saw that the resort were painting and renovating ones in need which was good to see. The bungalows were cleaned very nicely too each day. Our only complaint was that the breakfast was very basic - most days we had to ask for things - surely it would be possible to ensure that fresh fruit and juice is provided each day. The buffet and the tables were also area not kept very clean.
We think that the resort is in need of a manager who actively makes sure that staff are doing their jobs! If we were only paying 500B a night, this wouldnt be a problem - however for 3500B a night, you expect a certain level of service and friendliness! |

Nice place to go to. Perfect beach with coral reef. I will recomend it. The island is only for tourists, the pricelevel is high. |

Calm,perfect situated on the beech.
Staff very helpful and always worked with a smile.
The only thing that could be better were the bathrom. |
