We, a family with kids aged 15 and 17, stayed three nights in two tree houses. The houses were well maintained and we were surprised to find and actual toilet and a warm shower in a tree house.
The owners and staff are the friendliest people and really added to the warm and welcome feeling this place offers. The food in the restaurant is excellent.
Definitely do the one day lake tour (can be arranged by the owners) and go tubing on the river.
Decide for yourself if not having a wifi connection is good or bad news, as the place does not offer this. (If you really need go on-line you can use a signal that you can pick up outside one of the other resorts).
The resort is next to the river, and you can see the monkeys in the tree tops. Because there is no easy access to the water or no sun beds, you will not spend days in the resort. However, it is a perfect spot from which you can do your day trips and activities, and that is why you came to Khao Sok in the first place anyway, right? |
Sawadee always works adequate and efficient, and this booking was no exception. |

We stayed at the resort for thrre nights, and we found that it was good value for the money. The tree top house was nice and clean with hot water and a balcony. The restaurant was good, and cosy and the serivice excellent.The people were very friendly and arranged some trips into the jungle. The sooorunding vere very nice with a lot of trees and bushes. I would highly recomment this resort if you are going to Khao Sok and want some peace an quiet. |

This place was incredible. Family-owned and operated. The staff is so friendly and pleasant, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it is off the main road so it is truly peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. |
The online booking system worked perfectly. No problems. They were ready for us with a beautiful room when we arrived. |

Located away from the main road, this place is a real find. It is positioned in beautiful grounds on the banks of the river with the stunning karst formations as a backdrop. Guests are made extremely welcome here; the owners provide a fantastic service and speak very good English. They are keen environmentalists, enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge of the local flora and fauna. They also offer a variety of excellent trips and activities. |

Приятный ресорт, отличный дружелюбный персонал. Красивая территория среди деревьев. Рядом протекает речка. Вкусно готовят в ресторанчике.
Встретили на трассе, без предварительного звонка, привезли до ресорта бесплатно.
Недостаток - до входа в парк топать полтора километра. |

We spent 2 nights in a tree house. The location, close to the entrance of the park is ok. The tree houses are standing on a cement pillar with a steel construction below, so they are elevated but not attached to the tree. Room is nice but could be better with more attention to detail. Touch the curtain and it falls down to the floor with all parts that normally should be fixed to the wall. Curtains are thin and the room bright, so you will wake up early. Water pressure in the shower is minimal but warm water worked. The bed is hard and the blanket is a towel. I was freezing in the morning. Workers were laying new water pipes underground for a new bungalow and they started before 7am. So, don t expect too much but the environment we found nice and the team friendly. If I were them, I would try to use the garden next to the river for outside breakfast. I would come back, as above issues are all not very serious... |

Fabulous hotel. We recommend it for the superb location beside the river, the beautiful restaurant, excellent food and wonderful garden. The family who run Baan Khao Sok are very welcoming and helpful. We spent four days there - two adults and two teenagers - and found the right combination of activities and relaxation. |

We were the only guest and had the feeling, that the owner tried to get as much money as possible from us. The service was not as very friendly as we experienced in other places in Thailand, everybody was watching TV all day long in the restaurant. There are a lot of cheaper and better hotels in Khao Sok! |

We had a brand new tree house. Very nice accomodation. We were the only guests and it felt like we were treated as special guests from the very friendly family who runs the place. Delicious food, very cheap too. Will definitely recommend this place to others. |

What a wonderful place! It is situated close to the main entrance of Khao Sok National Park in the middle of the most beautiful nature. We (a family with dad, mom, and two teenagers) lived in two tree top bungalows which were nice and clean, and though there was no aircondition the temperature was perfect. It is a family-owned resort, and the owners are a very friendly young couple. They arranged interesting and professional excursions in the national park at a reasonable price. In the restaurant you will find the best thai food made by the family. If you want an unforgetable experience and true thai hospitality, stay at this resort. We will return as soon as possible. |

If you are going to khao sok nationalpark, THIS is the resort to stay! Extremly cozy place and bungalows! The owners were very helpful and gave us suggestions of what to do and ordered private guide for cheap price immidately when wanted. We can higly recommend this place! |
