Samed Cabana Resort, Koh Samed, Rayong 21160 - Review ...
Very good resort with very friendly & attentive staff. Facilities are a little dated as are other resorts.
The only negative is the amount of rubbish in water from ships, ferries or whatever source. Makes swimming on some days very unpleasant.Requires Government action as problem all along East coast. |

Tilbragte 3 dage på Koh Samet. Boede i en dejlig bungalow med udsigt til strand og havet. Vi var der en weekend, hvor der også var et større thaiselskab, der fik en stor del af personalet opmærksomhed.
Stranden og område ved Samed Cabana blev hold ren af personalet, men ellers fik vi det indtryk, at der er meget beskidt overalt på denne ø. |

good, room is good, breakfast is ok,what is wonderful is the beach , you can snokling by the beach you can find many fish and beautiful creatures...what is could be improve is the reception, we do not got welcome drink but some europ guest got, and the lady refuse to help for confirming the boat tickets even i said i would pay her telephone fee...so i have to find other people to help...
people with family is good, if you look for night life this is not your choice. |

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff, but still (we were there in March 2011 as well as Jan 2012) no credit card facility. Restaurant food is OK but it IS a great place to eat it. Rooms we were in were both clean and adequate, with all necessary facilities, but hey, they are on the beach front (or, for our first night, 20m back) on a small island, so perhaps one shouldn t expect the earth. The rooms round the nice pool are newer, but none of them actually front onto the beach. |

Mycket trevligt ställe. Tyvärr alldeles för hårda sängar. Läget underbart bara någon meter från stranden. Mysiga små restauranger med god mat och pubar i närheten. |

Really a great place. Staff is really friendly and the food is delicious for a really reasonable price. Rooms were clean and except for a below average shower cap (spray a bit to narrow, but I m a shower freak so I might be too severe) I really enjoyed my cabine and had a great bed. And the view is priceless...
Many thanks to the entire Samed Cabana team for a great stay!

Nice bungalow right by the beach.
Not too crowded, at least not at the beginning of the season as this was.
The Thai people was friendy as always and the usual commerce at the beach was almost descrete. |

We had a great stay. Verry nice beach, clean bungalow near to the sea great food. Only thing was missing are small details like some pictures in the bungalow.Anyway, can recommend to stay at the Cabana Resort and we look forward to come back soon. |

I took my parents, who were visiting from England, to Samed Cabana and they loved it. This was such a friendly resort, great for families. Koh Samet is a fantastic day to spend a few days. |

I have stayed at the Samet Cabana before, and the first time I thought it was an amazing place to stay. However, this time we went, I was highly disapointed by the uncleanliness, service, and breakfast in the morning. My family and I will not go back to Samed Cabana. The staff really need to learn some manners, they are disrespectful, and it took so long to be serviced. The uncleanliness of the room was appauling, and the sheets and the beds were filthy. Overall our stay was not memorable in a positive way. I don t recommend anyone to stay here. definitely not value for money. |

one little point of critics: the breakfast is good, but could be better. 3 or 4 different fruits and some cereals would be nice! |
