The Hotel does not understand what the meaning of hygiene is and the health consequences to those who live in countries that do.From the rooms to the pool water to the breakfast all those areas are a risk to travelers.Never again at Sunset Beach resort. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

This was our second time in Phuket and we stayed here for 2 weeks. The hotel is situated about 10 mins drive from Patong centre. This means using the shuttle into town only problem is this service stops at 2100, should be a little later. A tuk-tuk will charge you 200 THB to get back! We stayed in a Superior room which was a good size and clean. Hotel facilities were great, good size pool, gym and the wife enjoyed the beauty spa (probably too much). Great for families but would probably stay somewhere else unless they extend the shuttle times. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

We stayed for 10 nights, had a great time. The swim up bar was great, drink service could be slow at times but generally pretty good. The rooms were great although would recommend getting a room with a seperate shower as the shower heads above the bath are only about shin height. The transfers into Patong were great and always on time. I would definitely go back there again |
No problems at all, everything went according to plan with no hassles at all |
