Hotel facilities are good. But I didnt enjoy much my stay in Rawai Palm Resort. I celebrated my bday there and I would say I had a sad birthday because of poor service. They should hire more staff and I think the manager should brush up a little more her management skills. I will not come back to that resort again because of poor service. The money I paid for was not worth it. |
Sawadee is very efficient. I would definitely use their service again. |

The hotel hade just open so everything didn´t go so fast. But I think it will be very good for familys vid kids. And the New year gala dinner was really fantastic! |
