Dear Ladys and gentlemen,
actualy i was disapointed from this Hotel.Not very friendly, the place is not kept clean and no maintanance if anything brakes down.
Some Lightbulbs where broken but where never replaced.
The Room did have a bad smell.
Looked also old and worn out.
The whole Hotel did look very used and old.
The brakefast very poor also.
Cornflakes extra charge, no other food was served, only american or continentel brakfast. No Thaifood at all.
For a Place like this the price is to high. way to high. |
With sawadee.com i was very happy, good and quick service.
Always fast answers, very good. |

location was very far from pattong about 30 min walking

The hotel was great. Unfortunately the pool bar wasn´t running. The facility itself is sometimes a bit dangerous if you don´t expect that.Overall it was the best hotel we have booked ever when we stayed in Patong. The location ( on the hill) was not a problem at all. We have rent a motorbike and therefor we could go back and forth to Patong by ourselves. We really can recommend this hotel. too much emails with confirmation,overview confirmation...it was a bit confusing what to do with every single email we have received. |

Great if you want to live away from the noise and bustle of Patong, which is only 5 minutes away down the hill using the hotel s complimentary shuttle. Very good value for money, but don t expect 4 star everything. |

Good hospitality. all smiles. affordable and comfortable. Its one of the cheapest resort hotel in patong beach. it maybe a little outskirt due to the location which is up the hill, but various transportation is available. they also do ferry guest up and down the hill with their very own pick up. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Fantastic People, really very friendly, Helpful and genuine people, Hotel is good too, nice clean room s and located nicley out of the way of busy Patong, but a fantastic free taxi service in to town. |

The resort propose a free transfer to patong from 10 am to 10 pm each two hours, which is very interesting due to the fact that we are on the hill. The location is very good if you want to be far from the noisy night life of patong. The resort is very quite.
The very bad point is the room. They looks clean if you look quickly but they aren t. Nevertheless, the manager and her team are very kind, and make their best to help you. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Thanks to the staff for the kindness you showed and for always have the time to chat. It was a great help that you had a car to take us to the beach and also beyond that.
Think you should re-open the outdoor bar. Nice around the pool. |

Baan Nern Sai s just a short walk to the madness of Patong, but it feels like a million miles away, in the quiet and calm of the nearby hills. The staff were so friendly, nothing at all was a problem, they gave great advice and helped with whatever they could.
