We really enjoyed the stay at the Lantern. I stayed there for 5 days with my daughter, 15 years old. Nice CLEAN, trendy, new hotell vith nice staff. Special thanks to bartender Joy hwo took very good care of us. The breakfast was ok, not more. The roofpool was really nice and the hotel food was tasty with low prices. It´s a calm and quiet hotel but really close to the action in Bangla road and 10 min walk to the beach. I would gladely recomend this hotel to my friends and I´ll come back |

Booked a Studio Pent for 4 nights and was upgraded to a View Pent. Room was spacious, clean with nice bedding. Location was excellent, near to shop, eateries, 24 hr family mart and pharmacy. Very close walking distance to Bangla Road, Jungceylon and Patong Beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Motorbike rentals were available. Great hotel. I will recommend it to anyone visiting Patong. |

9 nights in View Pent Room overlooking reception, huge room. All staff very friendly & attentive to any questions, close to shops, bars, restaurants etc. Will definitely stay there again. 10/10 |

Great hotel with big rooms, walking distance to major attractions, just don t stay on the ground floor rooms, very noisy. Apart from that, great hotel. |

good location, adjacent street to shopping mall and night life, 3 minutes walk to patong beach.
v easy access to 24 hrs minimart, atm, 24 hrs pharmacy, 24 hrs internet cafe.
>good breakfast with some daily changes to menu. enjoyed the Thai porridge(excellent)
>front desk staff were helpful to a certain extent but needed some persistent engagement. ought to show some flexibility attending to customer s needs if the desire is to attain excellence.
>room was sparkling clean n spacious.
>other general staff were friendly. |
prompt service.
very good rates given as compared to walk-in booking.
however i feel the customer is taking a huge risk booking a room for several nights and ends up paying the full amount if he/she failed to check into hotel, due to flight delay or cancellation by the airline. |

Good location just 5 mins walk to shopping mall.the hotel staff never keep their promise.even the housekeeping not responsive.
despite asking several times for shower gel .the breakfast box is not edible (bread like stone). |

We were given the 1st level and it was quite noisy most nights, esp on 2nd night. There was a b day party going on and the hotel staff didn t bother to tell them to lower down their voice at 130am.
When we check out they claimed we took their drinks from the bar. Should have checked before staying. |
