This is a pretty good affordable hotel but I wish the people were a little more friendly. The computer in the room is a nice touch but I don t like the safe deposit box in the lobby idea. |
I always find sawadee responsive and polite. |

This was the best holiday ever!!!! The staff is friendly and wonderful, the service great, value for money, location perfect. Will never ever stay anywhere else. Fabulous |

would not recommend. AC is not working, bathroom sink is draining very slow, noise and loud music at night from bars around. |

everything good but i like when people at front desk look up and say hi or sawadee ka. no one did it here except for james. maybe the employees were trying to mind their own business but it sometimes felt unfriendly. |
pretty good but when flight was delayed because of bomb threat in u.s.a and request for airport ride changed, it was not done. also, i felt i should be credited with one night free because bomb threat was not my fault so i payed for a night i was not there. |

I would like to thank Lamai Inn for their service and hospitality! Our plane was late, and we arrived at 1;30am. The staff and Inn were ready, pleasant and efficient. We required 2 more nights a week away, and even though Lamai was fully booked, an employee walked us to 5 other places to find a room! Would recommend this place! |
Very easy and quick feedback. When we were late, we called the service, and they advised Lamai of our position and to expect us. |

We stayed at the Lamai Inn for one night as part of travel from Ko Lanta to Singapore. The hotel was ideal for this purpose - reasonably priced, clean and in the middle of Patong. I would recommend for short stays. |

Hello All - Good palce to stay if visiting Patong. 5 minutes walk from The Junceylon shopping Centre,the beach and all the action of Bangla Rd. Had computer and 36 inch TV in the room. Good food in the restaurant. Only problem no lift in hotel. Still a small price too pay. Overall hotel is recommended. |

My husband and I are very satisfied with the arrangements for this or last year s housing, the hotel s location is very convenient to find, clean and convenient facilities, staff attitude of enthusiasm and very thoughtful. |

I enjoyed a pleasant stay in Lamai Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great bed. The fridge was very well stocked and there was an electric kettle and a selection of teas and coffee in the room, but it was a disappointment that this was not complimentary. A pack with tea bag creamer and sugar cost 50 Baht which I thought excessive. This was my only disappointment. Staff were friendly cheerful and helpful. |

just this time room at 4th floor, which we find to high for us, as no elevator. near carrefour. just a pan in a small kithen would improve it!!!! |

I wasn t sure what to expect when I first booked at the Lamai Inn, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly basic, but have everything one needs. The location is good - just a few minutes walk to Bangla Rd. The hotel has a very good restaurant and they are happy to cook a meal at any time of night. Free internet too, and the whole place has wi-fi. |
Booking was extremely simple and responses were very fast. |
