Very happy with the hotel. It has met my expectations for the hotel and it was value for our money. The y had a staff that was all willing to give us their excellent customer service. |
Easy booking online, hassle free. Allowed us to pay initial amount and the rest later. They have cheaper rates compared to other booking agents online |

L hôtel est très bien placé, 200m de la plage et autant de Bangla Road, sans pour autant être bruyant. Les chambres avec vue sur piscine sont très bien. Seul bémol la baignoire/douche dont l’accès est difficile. Je recommande volontiers cet hôtel. |
Tout a été comme prévu, donc parfait. |

the staff were great, hotel very clean..Dissappointed that there were hired women in pool with men..Their behavoir was not appropriate for families using the pool.Everything else was fine. including very happy staff |

Rooms need to be renewed, specially toilets and design of the bath tub area; too much water on the floor after having a shower.
Staff did excellent job; friendly and professional. |

R mar is a lovely hotel, staff are very nice and always ready to give you a smile. the girl on the tours desk was very helpful.
Very quiet location / surroundings but so close to everything.
Terrific pool.
if I had to say one thing the beds are quite hard but this was not much of a big deal for us |

The service at check in and check out is so smooth pleasant and warm. The breakfast was good. The swimming pool was fantastic. The room was also very comfortable. Others great find nd great stay! |

Despite email confirmation we were not given the room we asked for upon arrival. Very unpleasant front desk supervisor. Other staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast not well organised. |

Chambre moderne, vue sur un immeuble j avais demandé vue sur piscine ! salle de bain mal insonorisée quand une personne se douche au dessus on pense qu elle est dans la pièce voisine.
Personnel n assurant pas l accueil téléphonique quand on essaye de nous joindre au téléphone, hotel très calme ; bien situé, jaccuzi ne fonctionne pas, mur d eau à la piscine non plus. |

Отель хороший, жили в номерах делюкс, состояние номеров отличное, все есть и халаты и тапочки, единственное -не совсем удобная ванна, душ не снимается и вода течет на пол постоянно.В целом понравилось. Не шумно, чисто, близко от вех развлечений. |

great central location in patong, such great value for money. Breakfast selection was great and so where staff, always felt very welcomed. The place looks newly renovated and very very nice!! Rooms and pool were also amazing! |

Was staying at the 4th floor (top).. room was huge and clean. Not much of a view but it was good anyway... Private and Quiet. Staff were very courteous and helpful :)
Location was great... just a short stroll and one can find the main street filled with eateries, massage parlours, street shopping!!!
All in all, it was a wonderful stay at the R-Mar. Thank you once again!!! |
