I stayed for 12 nights room should have been cleaned 3 times and should have been clean when I arrived. The room was dirty on arrival and I had to insist it be cleaned again after 7 days (should have been cleaned twice by then) this was the first clean it got while I was there. Very disappointed as I had dropped in to check out the rooms last June room I got was no where at the same level as the room I was shown back then.
Most of the TV channels didn’t work and the Jug was broken reported this at reception first day and several times after I had to insist on a change of rooms before anything was fixed.
Girl in reception is as elusive as big foot and harder to find at times.
Great location pity about the rest.
I did get a free late checkout as I refused to pay due to the lack of cleaning.
Great little pub across the road. |

Will not stay here again. Shower broken on check-in, bed sheets way too small for the bed and blanket hidden in cabinet. Could not sleep well on uncomfortable mattress and caught a bad cold from the A/C. No maid service until requested on the last day. Room safe did not work & no help available outside office hours. |

Vi bodde över här över nyår 2011. Mycket fräsch lägenhet, rymlig och med fin balkong. Det var en bit att gå till stranden, c:a 10 min. Där nere fanns det mesta av utbudet restauranger. Precis vid hotellet fanns det några få restauranger och en Seven Eleven. Totalt sätt mycket nöjd med min vistelse där. |

No good at all. The key to the room goes to ALL room in the hole hotel. No good clening. We got clening ones after we ask for it servel times and when we came to the hotel it wasen´t clen at all. I have taken some photos fr the hotel if you are interested. It will be nice if we can heve some compensation for this visit. |
