Looking for the cheap accomodation in Patong and good location Chada is one of the best options. Don t expect great conditions because it s cheap but it s good enough. |

Its a dump, best avoided really.
Ariving here after staying in Vietnamese hotels its a big dissapointment and twice as expensive as a Vietnam 3 star hotel.

The guesthouse is locatet very fine, but I am not satisfied. We stay in five days, and not once we have chanced towel, clean the room etc. |

Pros:
- 5-10min walk to Patong Beach, shopping mall, Bangla Road, and many restaurants to go to nearby.
- Bed is comfortable enough allowing you to have a good night sleep.
- Air conditioning is a major plus as you ll need it in the high season.
- 7 11 convenient store is next door and Pharmacy store is just 2 mins down.
Cons:
- If you are out for a day, room starts to smell like bad odour heat. Buy a deodrant spray.
- Showers do not have curtains so water will splash around everywhere on the floor which can be annoying if you need to go to the toilet after having a shower.
- Cleaners do not clean the room everyday. When they do clean, they only make the bed up. They don t replace the towels and give you toilet paper where I had to grab clean towels from the closest outside and ask for toilet paper when low in supply.
- There is no lounge room to hang out where you can meet other tourist staying at the Guesthouse. |
No problems with booking the hotel. |

NOT RECOMMENDED!
1000 Baht was taken from my room around the time of cleaning, I was only out for just over an hour and the money wasnt in full view it was in my wallet under some other items.
The girl at the front desk was good in general but the guy kept handing me the wrong room key and had poor english.
Internet did not work for the entire time i was there.. |
Booking service was fine , no problems at all.. |

Chada Guest House is a good basic room. No frills, except for a nice little breakfast available in the lobby. The staff is very helpful, but only one spoke English well. The wireless internet didn t work the 1st night, but it worked the 2nd night. The room is fairly large and has an electronic safe. It s located next to a convenience store (convenient). There s also a very friendly tour company that operates just outside of the hotel. Every time I left the hotel I checked my valuables in at the front desk, which they placed in a safety deposit box at the desk (free of charge). They keep the key, but nothing was ever missing from my bag. I appreciated that peace of mind. |

The good times of chada GH are long in the past. The rooms smelling, since the bad with shower has no ventilation at all, only over the guestroom. Black mildew are in the upper corner of the ceiling. Bugs come up if you switch of the light.

We only stayed there for 4 days but the overall impression was good. Its not the best guest house ever but it is cheap. The first room I got I had to change because the doorknob fell off but the second one was just fine, The hot water in the shower worked and so did the aircon, minifridge and security box. Its close to the beach (around 15 min walk) and close to bangla-road (around 10-15 min walk). I would recommend it. |

My husband and I are very satisfied with the arrangements for this or last year s housing, the hotel s location is very convenient to find, clean and convenient facilities, staff attitude of enthusiasm and very thoughtful. Will choose this hotel next time |

Second time here, well pleased with the location, price and room. The room is a little dated, but has AC, fridge, hot water and a clean room and a good staff.A budget hotel and prices you can t beat for what you get. No five star just a good, simple cheap motel. |

I like this Guest house cause it is friendly & negotiateble guest house.
my flight is night time, they allow me to delay check out time. it is great~ and never expected tips from us~ good behaviour. |
