My room was fine. The reception desk service was okay. However, people seemed to get different services; for example, I got breakfast coupons, but others at the same conference did not. Not all service providers could speak or understand English that well. My breakfasts were great....but one of my colleagues had a worm in her vegetables! |

This was our first stay at Boat Lagoon and we were very pleased with our room and the service provided. We had a double suite on the second floor at the western end of the main complex. Heaps of space, good bed, adequate bathroom, effective air-conditioning. The breakfast facilities and choices were excellent too, as was the adjoining swimming pool. The only downsides were having to boil water and cool it before drinking (electric jug provided) and the lack of soundproofing between adjoining rooms. We solved the latter problem by placing cushions along the bottom of the common door. We would certainly stay here again. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
