Possibly the worst service i have experienced ever.All facilities were good but add humans and it was a disaster.no hot water,breakfast was always cold with 60% run out,one ommlet chef for 100 people then 20 table waiters who moved your half finished plate if you got up for a cup of tea,they forgot our early morning airport call,they booked taxi wrong time for airport,internet mostly didnt work,tech guy messed about with my PC now it wont go on any other networks....Never again. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

We had two rooms at Baan Laimai one for myself and my husband and one for our two teenage boys. The boys room toilet blocked for the first four days and they were without power and water. The fridge in our motel did not work properly. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
Booking was made very easy and we will use thie factility nex time. |

Location is perfect as you are in the middle of everything.Have been to phuket before & this is ideal motel.
Room was good & at a fair price. Get a pool access room if you can afford it.
Would revisit motel if back in phuket. |

Very good location, but the only thing that wont make me go back is the construction/drilling that was going on during our stay & god know when they will be done, because they are still renewing the hotel, and they are planning on demolishing the old building - Not recommended to stay in it at all, it has very old furniture & the band starts playing from 7-ish till 12am which can be heard throughout the hotel specially the old building. But other than that the pool view & the pool access room are amazing rooms, very spacious & modern.
The parking was fine, but... the access was from the back roads - no access from Patong beach rd.
Final word, a big NO, i d rather stay in Courtyard Marriott or Nap Hotel for the same price. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
They tried to help, but didn t come to an understanding. and the other problem is that they didn t want to refund my money back. |

It is realy agood hotel, and i realy enjoyed my time there.. I was staying at room no. 8103 and the problem was that this room is realy noisy, i was hearing the kitchen sound inside my room, beside that the door of the room was not sealed properly, so i was hearing people foot steps on the floor infront of my room like the door is open.. And the construction & maintenance sound was realy annoying.. I hope that you consider my opinion and solve this problems in the future... <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

We expected a little more for a 5 star resort. The shower did not drain, the water was cold and between 5 - 6 pm there was NO water at all from the hot tap. The resort was vey tired and because of the renovations very dusty and noisy. Breakfast staff were outstanding,reception staff tried very hard to please a little challenging with a lack of English. 1.ห้องน้ำแย่มากๆ เวลาอาบน้ำต้องถือฝักบัวไว้ตลอดเวลา และผ้าม่านสำหรับกันอาบน้ำก็จะพันตัวเราตลอดเวลาเนื่องจากห้องอาบน้ำแคบมาก แชมพูสระผมได้แข็งมากๆ
2.แอร์ไม่เย็นเลย เก่ามาก(เปิด 18 องศา)
3.สั่งผัดไทยมากินแต่ไม่มีเครื่องปรุง ราคาประมาณ 329 บาท
4.ไม่มีการส่งหนังสือพิมพ์ตอนเช้า
5.อาหารเช้าแย่มากๆ มีให้เลือกน้อยมาก และมีชาวต่างชาติที่กินหมูแต่อาหารมีแต่หมูเยอะมาก ทำให้ชาวต่างชาติกินได้แต่ขนมปังกับแตงกวา และมะเขือเทศ
6.ตอนนี้ห้องกำลังปรับปรุงอยู่ตอนเช้าๆจะมีคนงานปีนขึ้นมามองเห็นเราได้ต้องปิดม่านตลอดเวลา (พักอยู่ที่ชั้น 4)
7.Location ดีมากเดินข้ามถนนไปก็ถึงชายหาด แต่ไม่มีทีจอดรถ
8. ตอบกลางคืนมีดนตรี และร้านอาหารหน้าโรงแรม อาหรอร่อยมาก <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

100% recommend the hotel, awesome location just up from Bangla Road but pool is set back and quite peacefull, place is modern and stunning. yes some work going on but you dont really notice it. Band played every night. If i was pushedfor a negative it would be fact that we did not have one meal at hotel as was very expensive but thats all i can come up with. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

nice hotel but there was no 3 pin plug in at the hotel thus we could not recharge our battery.
2.hot water pot is on avlb upon request and the house keeping staff was not very keen to help - the old lady.. |

Hotel is undergoing new addittion so construction noise is constant all day, however if you are out of the room all day it will not bother you. Room was very good and a reasonable price, however I suspect that once construction is finished room rates will rise as this hotel is just across the road from the beach.If noise is an issue, you may want to consider some other hotel as there is noise from the musical entertainment until around 1 am. For the price I paid it was excellent value, however the food is overpriced and mediocre. Skip dinner at the hotel and try the 2 Sisters restaurant not more than a 5 minute walk from the hotel, the food is very good and reasonably priced. The room was very clean and of superior quality and I would stay at the hotel again as long as the price was still reasonable. Some advice: take some mosquito repellant and apply before going for breakfast. They hang around under the tables just waiting for tasty unsuspecting foreign morsels to feast on. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

We had a nice stay with 4 of my family members. Nice hotel. Nice location. Good rooms, very clean. Enjoyed staying with the courteous Hotel staff. |
Sawadee did a nice job. Not a chance of single hitch about Booking or whatsoever. Will go with Sawadee next time without doubt. |
