all were great, nice hotel, good staff, great breakfast, vey convenient location for elderly people and families since not far from main road and the beach.
the room was however not as seen on the net while booking !!! |

I have just enjoyed a week of pampering, service and hospitality from the staff of the Woodland resort. I can recommend this resort to anyone and will not stay anywhere else in Pattaya. On a scale of 1 - 10, I give you a 9. Well done to staff and management and a prosperous new year to you all !!! |
No hassle booking prosess and compotent staff to handle everything. Rates also competitive. |

Woodlands Suites was a fantastic place to stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thier english was limited however it was enough to get by. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. |
Easy booking online and quick response to questions- Good Service - But booking service should send all payment confirmation information to hotel. I think since payment was made to the booking service, they should confirm and communicate all payment details with the hotel. This would make the service level with other online booking sites. |

This is the second time I stayed in Woodland Resort. It is a perfect place for me as I would like somewhere out of the noisy area. A good place to rest after a day of adventure. Overall the hotel is value for money. Note, you will need to get tuk tuk service to travel to the beach |

Superior Room very nice & clean
The television is too old then don t have DVD player. The swimming pool is very good but too less for funny play for childrens. The breakfast is very good. |

Good service. Clean and very nice rooms. Environment like restaurants, bars and swimming pool very good and beautiful. Knowledge only recommending the hotel.

this is the second time I have stayed in the Woodlands and wondered if it would be as wonderful and the last time, oh yes we were even rembered by G 2 years later. |
I found thailand advisor by chance, and would definately use them for all other trips that I will take in Thailand. |

The Woodlands resort is a good place to stay in Pattaya,The quality of the rooms are excellant and so is the service ,plus it is an ideal position .When in the resort you would not think about all the hustle and bustle outside.We only had breakfast but that was excellant |

From check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was down by the smaller pool and was perfect. The buildings and gardens and well maintained and clean, both pools are lovely, plenty of sunbeds at least when we were there, the larger pool is shallow enough to stand in, the smaller pool with the slide is at one end is quite deep surprisingly.
Travel to dowtown is easy by baht bus a short walk away as are a few restaurants and bars as well as a small and a larger supermarket plus plenty of money exchanges and a small tee shirt etc market.
At breakfast there is a good choice of quality food that was also complmentary for my daughter :)
Top marks for the Woodlands resort from us. |
Used Sawade many times before and will no doubt use again. |
