for a start the room charge was a total rip off compared to other hotels in the same price category.i suggest you visit the hotels before selling them on line for that price.breakfast buffet and service needs work,so does the front desk. |

beautiful hotel and serve good breakfast. but the hotel not near center of pattaya. take a 10 minutes walk that you can go to the sanctuary of truth pattaya. some massage shops and restaurants are nearby. advice call taxi or hotel car if you want to go somewhere. |

Very nice hotel, like being in paradise! Front desk at the towers were rude, could use a little more in costumer training. Staff and
front desk at the Villa were friendly, excellent hotel with great breakfast. Would stay here again, highly recommend! |

We (four guys) was satisfy for staying at this hotel, the Flint and Wicker Villa are big and comfortable.
The three swimming pool, the sand beach, the gymnasium and the sauna was also places we like to stay.
But the sauna is too small.
And I was really disappointed for the extra charge on me at last night of stay.
, the gym trainer was helpful, |
Booking service was very good and efficient.
But the Bank charged me MOP280.00 more on my second Payment, because the rate changed. |

i stayed at the wicker villa and i had a friend stay in the tower where the regular rooms are, and the villa s enternet is horrible you cant skype anybody because the signal sucks and my friends room in the tower is the same as the villa just with no coach and the enternet in the tower worked wonderfull so i suggest do not stay in the villas they are not good enough to pay that much more then the rooms. but other then that the service is great the location is good for a short cab ride to pattaya beach and over all it is good just dont stay at the villa. and one more thing the pools close to early they close at 7pm. |

very nice hotel,had only 1nt.stay so had no time to enjoy facility...but defenitely would like to come back..I do recommend this hotel. |

The hotel is nice! Have a beach outside the hotel. It is a little bit far away to the centre of Pattaya, but still good! |

Very pleasant hotel with excellent service&staff. Many swimming pools, fitness centre with aerobics every day, delicious buffet breakfast. The rooms are clean. This is my fifth time there and checking in is always slow (they never find my reservation). But apart from that the hotel is perfect. Can t wait to go back. |
Booking was smooth and almost 1000 baht cheaper than booking directly through the hotel |

โรงแรม ดูดีแต่ไม่น่าถึง 5 ดาวนะคะ ห้องที่ได้ ชั้น 7 ให้เตียงเดี่ยวเพิ่มอีก 1 เตียงคะ เพระ มีเด็กไปด้วย อาจเป็นเพราะ คิดตังเพิ่มไปแล้ว ที่น่าประทับใจก็คือ สระน้ำค่ะ กว้างใหย๋ที่เล่นเยอะ จำลองน้ำตกมาไว้ เด็กๆชอบมากๆ ทะเลที่นี่เล่นไม่ได้ และวิว ก็ไม่โอเท่าไหร่ พนง ดูน้อยๆค่ะ อาจจะเป็ฯอย่างนี้กันทุกโรงแรม lobby = 3.5 star, room 3 star, pool - 5 star,cleaning - 3 star,fitness 4.5 star, furniture-3 star |

Hotel was great especially the Wicker Villa.Nice romantic setting. Staff were very helpful. Not far from Pattaya and the night life.Good food and bars nearby and all very friendly ( Mikeys Bar )The Villa gives a lot more privacy. |
