I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is close to everything; my room is spacious and clean; its buffet breakfasts are superb; and it provided me with a lot more (such as free tea, coffee and water; a hot pot; a safe)than I expected from this hotel at the reasonable rate that i paid. I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel in the future. |

Location is good near beach and Central Festival Pattaya
but the room quite old and small in the old building. Breakfast is ok not bad. |

zimmer und fruehstueck soweit okay
aber fuer das geld gibts bessere.
direkt im geschehen, wers ruhiger haben will, muss zimmer weg von der strasse nehmen. drei swimming pools, das beste im 8. stock durfte ich leider nicht benutzen
im restaurant all days ist essen gut |

I have stayed at Sunshine Hotel many times, and have yet to be disappointed. My last visit was very good. Next time I return, my plan is to stay in the new wing. |

Nice hotel, but some noise, they are buliding a new wing. I will for sure stay here next time. Soi 8 is great for partying and you have Pattaya s best shoppingcenter Central Festival just around the corner. |

Love this hotel, the best service, great location and value for money. Amazing breakfast changed daily. Will always stay at the Sunshine when in Pattaya. |

Sunshine Residense Hotel Wing will closed on 31 Oct. There new building is openning on 1 Nov. Their room rate is quite high. I haven t seen the rooms, they must be great to ask for those rack rates. Staff was great. |

Good place to stay. You need to walk for 3 minutes down the Soi-8 to reach to Beach Road. Everything is around. |

Swimmingpool is out! Renovation for new building. In my room come water from the high. But the people in Sunshine they are very kindly. |

Always a good hotel, Staff are friendly and polite.
Pretty good buffet breakfast.
Close to everything. |
I had to change my booking twice due to other commitments and this was done with the minimum of fuss.
I use Sawadee for all my hotel bookings and they have never let me down. |

The residence wing is getting run down and will need renovations soon. There is no pool due to rebuilding of wing A. Hotel staff provides great sevice. The room rate is too high, considering, the condition of rooms. Not sure if I will be returning. |

For 1700 THB I expected a much better hotel. At the time of my stay, no swimming pool and no free internet access was available. Laundry extremelly expencive. Many other hotels offer much better facilities,service and quality. Very dissapointed.
At the time of my arrival, had water problem in my room, not same type of room was available, offered a superior room. Next day, I been asked to change and move room again. The only thing the staff did for me is to say sorry sir . I work in the same industry and in case of accidents, we offer to our Guests much more than a simple word SORRY . |
