The room (sea side) is of good quality. The staff at the reception is helpless, unfriendly, not understand English well. Der Raum ist schoen, nichts zu beanstanden, Das Reception Personal ist unfreundlich, versteht schlecht englisch. |

Highly overpriced. Lots of noise from both the street market outside and from the atrium inside. Can hear everyone talking in the lobby. |

Old hotel without lift, 2 nights of Sea view, birds shit on terrace, not clean, noisy from trafic. 4 Nights at Deluxe Room very noisy from swimming pool early morning from kid playing there.
The staff i recetion was more busy with paperwork rather with customers. Cold water in shower. Breakfast for Thai only, very bad for european, specially last morning. Location on Bangsaen beach was ok, and taxi to centrum easy to find, 10 bath pr. person |

It was a pleasant hotel in a pretty good location. The pool was VERY small and is badly misrepresented in the picture. The breakfast was passable at best. Will not stay here again. |

A+++ excellent all the way around, wish I can come back each month
But I think I left my phone outside the hotel, anyone turn in a HTC TyTn II phone? It may have been in front of the Hotel or directly across the street where I had dinner. |

Excellent view and location
Small parking space, but not critical
Room quality is poor, especially the shower, but can survive
Room service, extremely cheap
Will I stay again? Maybe yes if the price is much lower |

Only one problem the A/C unit was far too loud. Everything else was fine. |
Quich & easy.
Though supplying my Visa details should be sufficient to use as a deposit.
But you should be able to pay cash if required. |

plumbing did not work, took two hours to get settled into room after several tries, noisy construction going on throughout the day NEXT to and ABOVE our room, beach was very polluted first day, food in hotel was good, staff pleasant |

Hotel old but well located. Staff ok. Main issue was no lift which made it a struggle to get to the top floor with a baby and all her stuff .
Hotel also said no baby beds but we saw one in the room next to us. |
