The worst experience in my life. Many things in the room were broke and never repaired. The breakfast is shamefull. The staff incompetent and absent many times. Asked for two nextdoor rooms, they were not even on the same floor. Avoid this hotel like the plage! |

nice rooms with many facilities. we went there as a family with 4 persons, hotel arranged us a suit, that is very nice. Convenient and quiet |
very nice of the Sawadee people, i forgot to pay on time and rebook twice. They are kind and patient. |

Had a great time in Patts though I had to leave early due to a family emergency. Room was very clean, no problems with the air conditioning or water. Great experience overall! Looking forward to coming back soon. |

This hotel is perfect for who like to explore the nightlife of Pattaya.The staff is very friendly and understanding every hour of the day.
The rooms are clean,specious and there is anything you need in.
The swimmingpool is big enough to make your daly tracks.
I have one negative point for this hotel and that is the poor breackfast.
evry morning you must be satisfied with
omelet, rice and sausage, toast and coffee or tea.But if you are a long sleeper then i would be no problem of course.
I would recomment this hotel for single persons for long stay and for other people for a couples of days.
I know where i go next year ! ;-) |

I selected this hotel,in arrival time it was below my expectation in compare to somerset lake hotel.
bad smelling in the room due to absent of air vacume in lavatory(w.c),I mentioned this to receptionist.breakfast served very bad and disorganized,with old devices.

Nice budget hotel. For the money paid we ve got a clean spacy room, good breakfast and quite central location. Would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone. |

We booked 4 rooms for 4 couples. We had our parents with us. But we got only 3 rooms. When we asked for another room, they said no other room is available. Though they gave us an upgrade to a 3 bedroom suite, it was not expected when we booked long ago. The washrooms looks okay but always you can smell some bad odour. Pattaya is very hot now and unfortunately the AC of any of the rooms was not working. After a long chat they managed table fans!!!! The next day they fixed the AC and again after couple of hours it shuts down and starangely they blamed us for that.
Breakfast was okay, american breakfast. |

Good facilities especially in cooking equipment
that can be used for free, room is big and clean on the other hand pool is quite small
at night if you stay in lower floor you can hear the noise from bar beside hotel but it s not problem for us if you want to stay at Pattaya it is a un-sleep city. |

All i can say from the moment my mate & myself got there, we were greeted with smiles.Rooms were clean and were just what we ordered.Is away from the main hustle of Pattaya..but still there are plenty of bars near by for a drink to start your bar hop..if you wish to end up in walking street or not..
Most bars close around 3am nearby.. Noise level is minmal...but,let me tell you now..if you going to complain about noise.... STAY HOME - PATTAYA is not for you...
Staff were great and helpful...Especially Philip..you have any problems..Philip will fix..(gentleman) Would i stay again...YES. |
