Not good welcome
Not good facilities. Even no teeth brush, nothing in the room and bath.
Very old building, no carpet or cover in the room, dirty room, no safety, no gurantee, There was safety box in the room but easily can open by room service. NOT GOOD HOTEL. Sleeping in the street is better than this hotel |
It was good and easy for booking but I had not good stay in the hotel |

Some insects (blood biting) were there on the cots /beds. Wooden cots to be replaced, regular insect-killer spray is required. Waiters (hotel boys) are hungry for tips (money). |

The Presidential suite was a bare large room, very poor service from the staff. The only plus would be the location but I think that in the future I would rather look for some alternative hotel ! |

Many indian families with children and grandparents and moslem boy-groups. The furnishing of the room is worn out. The electricity damaged and dangerous. No good place for single tourists, because the hotel charged me for every guest every day 500 baht. I felt controlled by the hotel lobby. |

The comments from previous visitors that the staff either was unable to communicate and or were rude is totally unfounded. we found at all levels the opposite.
Breakfast was good taking into consideration that after 9 days there can be little variation. Missed having cheese with my breakfast <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

good location, the room is very spaces with heavy shower water but the lift is slow and small. My friends had encountered a door knocking after past mid night and nobody was outside the door step. |

Hotel lived up to more then my expectation as I stayed in this hotel in 2002 and it was clean . It is still clean and tidy and staff very helpful. Highly recommended. |

Worst hotel ever found in Pattaya. The staff is very slow, lifts didn t work properly (some guests ever trapped inside). The breakfast is plain. I will never ever recommend this hotel to my guest. |

The hotel s front desk staff are very impolite and my arrival process was one I do not to experience again. although the room was very good, the dreariness and drab, dark and dingy appearance of the public areas needs vast improvements. The staff gave the impression that everything was a real chore for them.
As for the food quality and the service, especially the breakfast, I personally would strongly advise everybody to eat outside. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
The service itself was good but the Centre Hotel front desk staff took about 15 minutes to find my booking - all I may add, with couldn t care less attitude.
If I had not had a prepaid booking for this hotel, I would have moved to another hotel the very next day. I will never ever stay there again and will reccomend my friends and colleagues not to do so either! |

Ok hotel, not the best, but compared to the price we have no complains. Easy to find from the beach, because of the big sign on top of the roof. |

booked executive floor single/twin, had 2 beds when checked in but asked to be moved to king size room the next day. good clean room and bathroom. upper floors 15-17 seem to be the best as some lower ones need renovating. |

I booked a Superior Executive Floor room. The room was large, but that s about all I can say
The hall carpet was stained to an absolutely disgusting state and this carried over to the room, where the carpet, bed surround and furniture cushions were all exrememly stained
The windows were so filthy on the outside that it was difficult to take a photo through them
The bathroom tiles were mouldy, the bath chipped in many places
The floor below was being renovated so it was constant banging and drilling noise from about 10am to 6pm
Lighting arrangement made it impossible to read in bed
Despite booking and paying for two people they tried to charge me for a joiner one night but I was having no part of that and they gave up
The breakfast was mediocre, but included in the cost
Staff were excellent and friendly
Usually gave up on the 24 hour lobby bar and restaurant as the lights would be off and no staff around
Would not recommend <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
