+ Schönes modernes Studio. Toll eingerichtet. Sauber. Geschirr vorhanden. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
- Die Klimaanlage ist zwar modern und doch rauscht sie ein klein wenig zu laut.
- Zum Pool und Lift war es von meinem Zimmer etwas weit. |
Verlängerung zum gleichen Tarif war nicht möglich (oder für mich nicht offensichtlich). Darum musste ich nacher etwas mehr bezahlen). |

Ideal location with no late night bedlam to keep you awake. The free internet in the lobby was good but with only 2 computers was mostly occupied. |

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. I was enjoy the days in this hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Staff are nice to help. The enviornment is silent, not so crowd as main road.It s only 10 mins to Big C and 15 mins to Beach Road. It s no problem for me. I feel this hotel is excellent with this price. I will come back for next visit. |
I feel a little bit confused after confirm booking. Only receipt of payment received but not confirmation for room redemption. Hope the can be improved in the future. |

入住了7天, 房間清潔, 設備齊全, 有小廚房及餐具, 方便煮食, 泳池小巧可愛. 很可惜餐廳食物選擇很小..... 以及清潔工人會常有錯漏,沒有補給廁衛生紙,洗頭水,沖涼液,面紙等等.Sauna在女廁不能用. |
碓認預訂很快, 職員有禮貌, 回覆電郵也很快. |

hotel pool is only 1,20 m deep and for swimming not ideal, but for a cool down anytime ok. Many guest from Russia,with own culture.Hotel romm is big and comfortable, only 1 elevator for the main building, but ok. |

Отель отличный, правда он не совсем отель, принцип кондоминимума, мы жили в корпусе В аппартаментах состоящих из кухни-гостинной и отдельной спальни, готовили сами, поэтому завтраками не пользовались, они есть за отдельную плату, кстати довольно не дорого всего 200 батт с человека. Расположение отличное, не смотря на то, что находится на второй улице. До пляжа минут 7 ходьбы, рядом шоу Альказар и Биг Си. персонал молодца, уборка ежедневно, пастель и полотенце менялось так же ежедневно. Короче рекомендуем! |

When I was check in they did not have studio room which I book but upgraded to one bed .staff are very friendly and helpful.
only down side was they were try to charge me 600 bhts for pillow case which got my hair dye on it. after arguing they agreed for 300 Bhts.
I think its bit ridiculous to charge customers for small incident like that.
location wise bit too far to walking street but you can get Tuk TUk will take 10 minutes to where all the action take place. And also guest friendly.
Apart from that every thing was satisfactory and will return again |

Great value for money. The first room I got was a surprise to me, spacious and nice furnished, with one bedroom, a open kitchen and a living room. Room was facing the inner garden and the swimming pool. What else do you expected. However, wrong thing happened to the bathroom forced me reluctantly to change my room. Yet the other one bedroom suite still a very good choice, only that the air-cond was too powerful and noisy. Two minutes walk to soi song, tuk-tuk to Big C is 3 minutes distance. Nothing to complaint. |

Very nice serviced residence with no bad experiences. Great facilities and although 10minutes from the nightlife on walking street a great quiet location. Loved my stay. |
Perfect as usual. Can t beat sawadee for service speed. |

Lived in this hotel from October 30 to November 13. Overall, the hotel much. But there were some problems with accommodation in a hotel. attendants
on behalf of KAEW said that Studio Executive room at this hotel is not at all, only the usual studio and half the night had to spend on the search for more than a decent number, as provided in the first room was incredible filth and apparently there any who did not live in the moment of construction in the next room were not working electronic keys, so that the procedure caused a small settlement of a shock.
Just once again had to apply to the same deuvushke KAEW to issue towels for the beach it was in 0800 in the morning - on what she said that towels will be only in 0900 in the morning. for other tourists towels were no problems. I had to go to the store and buy beach towels.
Absolutely not understand this girl s attitude KAEW to tourists. Or her hatred and animosity only Russian. |

Well where do i start?, hotel was in a great location, nice clean and spacious rooms, but the only thing thing that let them down was the service, I did my research and found out that @MIND had only being opened a few months, ok i understand that but if you have front of house staff representing your hotel they should know basic things. E.g there was no iron or ironing board in the room, which i asked for as soon as i arrived on Friday I didn t get one until Saturday evening after asking 4 or 5 times, i think in the end they went and bought a brand new one.
Then when it got delivered I received a phone call asking me how long I would be using it. I said about an hour, after i finished using it i rang reception to inform them it could be picked up. 4 hours later it was still sitting in my room. I think there is a lack of communication within the staff. Above all it was a very nice hotel i would stay here again to see if the service has improved. |
