the staff is very ill behaved, they will not respect you while they talk, the breakfast is of poor quality, when asked the waiter about the breakfast menu, she replied saying yiu can see it when it comes to the table - very arrogant attitude of the hotel staff!! |

Was very disappointed to find out there was not available car parking. I am not sure who to blame it on, the hotel or the booking service. I didn t have any idea the hotel was walking access only until I got there. I had to spend an hour finding the place and finding parking once I got to Pattaya. Although room was small, the bed was ok, and at least it was a room near by where I wanted to be. |
my only comment about the booking service is about the lack of knowledge about available parking at the hotel. Other than that I had no problem with the booking service. |

not as i expected, pool small and in lobby area, sun deck/roof not been used in a year or two, the Jacuzzi had been out of service for sometime. The gym was rubbish in every aspect. Not a great hotel for couple s but if you are single and just want to be in the action it is ok, but for me, no thank you it did not really work and the web-page is well out of date, 10 years or more, quite sad |

I stayed here for a week. Hotel is very old and just in need of some paint and upgrading. But don t let that deter you. Good things - employees are very friendly, hot water is plentiful (seems to be a rare precious commodity in some hotels.) Bed was comfortable. (Some hotels only use a box spring - no mattress.) Hotel is loceted in the heart of Walking Street but they put you in the upper floors away from the noise.
Negatives - wifi is expensive & can only be used in the lobby. Free Breakfast is minimal. |

Hotel très vieux et sale.Linge également très fatigué et l eau chaude ou froide à petit débit, deux petit ascenseurs très lents et fatigués eux aussi. Hôtel très très bruyant, n y allez pas pour dormir!Personnel peu sympa et parois désagréable, bref le pire hôtel que j ai fréquenté en Thailande. A éviter absolument. |

Still a good service minded hotel. Good value for single and budget traveller. Although old but the room is quite clean. Breakfast is very simple but no complain. |

Very good location. Close to the fish restaurants and not so far from the boat that goes to Koh Larn. And all the fun things around you. |
I have nothing to complain about this service. It work pretty good. |

for a single person on a budget, this is the perfect hotel, right in the middle of walking street where all the action is. Its a low priced budget hotel and thats what you get. But i found the service of the staff was fantastic and very helpful. |
i found booking the hotel through this agent was very easy and straight forward. My flight arrived late and check in was close to midnight. As soon as i told the hotel staff my booking agent and showed them the e-voucher, they rushed me to a suitable room straight away, no questions asked. Will definately book through this agent again, thankyou. |

Facts:big rooms, clean, affordable,high floor rooms no noise at all, set american breakfast ok,newspapers in lobby, renovated and extremely nice roof garden with splendid views, indoors swimming pool...
Feelings: too formal, I missed my daily 2.47minutes chitchat at the lobby and not so many guests. it wa like living in an empty house. I hated the location: more walllet emptiers around than anywhere in the world. |

Diamond Beach Hotel is in a good location for night spots and is priced reasonably. I have stayed there many times and will continue to go back. Watch out for minibar charges that should not be made. |
