Rooms are not well equipped, list of problems experienced:-
1. Broken light bulbs in bathroom not replaced.
2. Shampoo, conditioner not provided.
3. Dirty bathrooms with stains on mirrors and creaky bathtub.
4. Water pressure for shower is very low.
5. Bad noise insulation in bedrooms, our sleep is disturbed by the rooster crowing from 4AM onwards.
6. The glass top on dining table had stains and sticky when we checked-in, apparently housekeeping service is very poor.
7. There is a good range of food from the breakfast buffet but taste not so great. Staffs is consistently missing from the noodle soup station and omelette station. Dining table is not clean, staffs unavailable to clear table after previous guests left. Terrible service. Staffs only show up asking for breakfast coupons.
Considering the bad location, limited facilities on-site, and very poor service from hotel s staffs, the room rate at 7050 Baht a night is overpriced. Definitely will not come back. |

Allt var bra förutom att personalen på hotellet var usel på engelska så det var svårt att göra sig förstådd. |

This was the second time that we have stayed at this hotel.
We had a fantastic time once again.
The rooms were great,spotless and well-appointed.
The staff were wonderful,very friendly and courteous.
The amenities were great.
A special thank you goes to Noel,the guest relations manager,he was exemplary. |

Breakfast-taste: So so.
Hotel Room: Good and very convenient, my little girl enjoyed herself making her adventure in the room.
If there is any chance we will get back there again. |

This hotel is nice veiw and beautiful room plus a pleasant atmosphere. Only the food taste is not satisfy. |
The reservation process is highly satisfy and quick booking. The payment is easy and convenience. The staff is kindly service with completed support. |

Nice hotel, good for family, clean and nice stuff. Reasonable price for the hotel in Pattaya with the seaside. And very good breakfast!!!!. But rare parking, and we had a bad news for their misunderstanding for the mail that we had booked 2 president suits for a night but they thinked that we booked 1 president suit for 2 nights but as their stuff was very nice. They took action in at once and we accepted their apologize anyway. If without their misunstanding, I would give them 9/10 but I gave them 8/10 |
