Quite nice hotel, good location close to the beach and shopping. Nice room but extremly bad sewage-smell mostly in the bathroom but even in the bedroom and at other places in the hotel such as the reception. The location of the hotel was soooo strategic! Love love love the location! Upon arrival, we checked into our room but after a while discovered that the a/c unit was not functioning well. It was boiling hot! However, after lodging a complaint, they redirected us to another room. Without any fuss. One thing for sure, if u re looking for a more secluded place, this is not the place. Better find other hotel. But if u want easy access to the beach, motorbike rentals, travel agents, so this is the place to go! Plus, I was informed that the owner was a Muslim, so they serve Halal food. All in all, we had a great stay there. Kudos! |

I have been here before, but in the high season when I considered it rather overpriced. This time I got three nights for the price of two which worked out to B625 per night - an excellent rate with breakfast included. There were no problems - the hotel is really well situated close to the beach, and I will certainly come here again. |
Sawasdee.com is the only booking service I have used this past four years and they are always prompt and reliable. |

Negatives: There was bad smell in most of the rooms, there was seepage in rooms, no lift, A/c not working in the rooms.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. The bathroom was not clean and the towels had a mouldy smell. There are much better options close by. Breakfast was not good-the hot food was pre cooked and put in warming trays. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

We, a family of 5, stayed for 6 nights, then went to Khao Sok on a jungleadventure for 1 night, then stayed for another 7 nights again. For the price and the service, we were pleased and satisfied. Close to everything, good breakfast (had everything you want and need), good and friendly staff. Something on the downside; the pool is a lot smaller then the pictures show (but works) and the beds are made of concrete! But then again, so are all beds in Thailand. If I come back, I would for sure stay here again! /

Friendly and smiling staff (almost as usual in Thailand in my case). The fare is to expensive for high season compared to the standing of the hotel.
Need a good renovation.

Location is the best feature of this hotel! 1 min. to the beach and longtail-boats. But in superior-rooms rather noisy, delux is more quite and has very nice view to cliffs. All rooms are little bit old. Service and breakfast are ok. Also we liked small and cosy hotel s garden with swimming pool. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Ok hotel. A slight sewer smell from the toilet though. Stayed only for 2 nights before leaving for Lanta. |
