Nice locatlion, near shopping,restaurants and the beach, altough it was not verry plesent. Better om the east side.
The staf did its best without gardener and poolkeaper.
The hotel was in a ned off caering and repair.
The pool, who was one off resdons for booking this hotel, was in a misserable state.
We and several orter guests complaind about it without anything happend.
The staf at frontdesk sad that it was cared for ewery day, but that was a lie, one time during our week saw we a poolkeaper, and he diddnt even fil the pool up with water.

The only miss was that the poolcleaning wasn t good and the polbar had no regular service and they must buy new chairs round the pool.
The Family Room was great. The breakfast OK |

ok, hotel men MEGET SLIDT, og pollen blev ikke gjort ren så den var meget beskidt og ulækker inden vi tog hjem!
vi havde bestilt et familie rum, til 5 pers. men skulle alligevel betale 100,- pr dag for en extra seng! |

Abbiamo riservato per 4 notti ma l albergo era talmente sporco con la camera non avendo alcuna finestra, l odore di muffa era impossibile. Siamo scappati dopo due notti.
Mai abbiamo trovato un albergo così sporco. |
Ci siamo trovati molto bene con l agenzia cityhotelbangkok tramite la quale abbiamo prenotato on line. Ma dovrebbe controllare la dicitura RACCOMANDATO sulle strutture alberghiere che propongono. |

Perfect location close to the beach (and to the long tail boats) and main roads, big room, nice staff, nice pool and pool area, breakfast was also good, not a buffet, but enough to choose from a menue |

Hotel staff very good,room clean.facing the beach.Everything near by.The bathroom needs updating looks old and dirty,plug pop ups not working.Swiming pool a bit dirty.Overall very good for money |

Good location, but no sea view (like it s name). Staff are very nice, but now porter. We didn t learn the trick that you could leave your luggages in the front, go upstair to check-in then come back down to roll your luggages around the back. We have baby with stroller and luggages to drage upstairs and down without help. You can imagine how we felt. The room is average. The lights were out in the room and on the porch. They finally fixed them the next day after 3rd complaint. |

Location was great. Right in the middle of Ao Nang beach front. The room and facilities were average at best. A little run down and in need of repair. Staff was nice and breakfast was very good. The banana pancakes were exceptional. |
Booking was easy, no hassles. |

We(a retired couple from Norway in our sixties)stayed at this great little hotel for a week during our first ever Thai holiday and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely room with a balcony and pool view (ask for a superior de luxe room),great buffet breakfast, quiet but central location in a tropical garden, very nice staff. We will definitely come back here! |

average resort.dumb people at reception.no telephone for calling up the reception.they first put us in a claustrophobic room where the air conditioning was not working.had to get r rooms changed.really disappointed with the money which i paid.totally not worth it.swimming pool is very small and dirty.no wifi available.u have to go the reception and pay for internet access.wont recommend this place to anyone |
