I recommend Railay Beach Resort &Spa to all those who are planning for a holiday at Krabi especially at Railay Beach. Excellent resort and had a wonderful time there. Friendly and attentive staff who would go out of their way to make your stay really enjoyable. |

Very good service, except at first the Chief Reservation lady gave us a shock that she couldn t find our reservation. Other than that, the room was good. When the drain was stuck in the bathroom, they immediately came to fix. The transportation was on time with good bell service that wrap plastic around our luggage to avoid getting wet when transport in and out the boat. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing! the service was great always with a smile but the bed frame design was not practical. The resort restaurant proved to be the best seafood compare to the bay side. We booked our transfer trips thru the resort which was best, stress free and cheaper. Pre-book a taxi online is also cheaper from airport to the pier. Check out Joy Beach Bar opposite cheapest (and good)local restaurant call Mom s. ask local they ll know! <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
fast and prompt response but try not to cancel the booking it comes with a hidden fees. |

Still a great place to stay (we stayed here 2 years ago) although it seemed a bit understaffed during the busy weekend. Restaurant is OK but thay are nicer (and cheaper) restaurants on the east side with a backpackers athmosphere. |
Somehow it was possible to book with Krabi.com while booking directly with Railey Bay Resort & Spa was not possible (fully booked thay said). This was really great. Feedback on my email inquiries were followed up instantly. Good service, thanks. |

в номерах хорошо
единственно - стоит отметить - полы каменные и скользкие
убирать номера приходилось зазывать, и качество уборки оставляет желать лучшего
ресторан и завтраки хорошие
расположение отеля удобное
территория понравилась
заказывали трансфер в отель с Ао Нанг и с отеля в аэропорт - на высшем уровне <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Beautiful location, very attentive staff, reasonable rates(we went in low season) food was great with large variety and good prices as well. Privacy suite was exactly what we d hope for and more. Definitely going back there!!! |

This time,they free updated my booking to Privacy Cottage,thanks.but the room was not very clean ,when we came in the room,the little plant on the tea table was already died,and the water in the bottle that the plant in was smelly. First night I had to call the housekeeper to change sheet.
breakfast is very good. |

great location, amazing room, very good restorant.
the hotel exceded our expectations.
greate area for rock climbing.
the only problem was that the whole railay bay area has no clinic/pharmacy, do not get injured there!!!! |

Hotel has great location, great service and facilities.
Room and bathrom are a little bit autdated, bad is a bit hard to sleep |
