PP Island Village Beach Resort & Spa made our holiday. It is paradise over there. The hotel is extremely clean and beautiful and always freshly designed with flowers every day. It has everything you can ask for. It has four excellent restaurants, two spas, very big pool, internet cafe, beach bar, pool bar, wifi bar, recreation centre for scooba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, day trip to explore the island, pick up from ton sai bay and drop off all the way from the hotel to phuket airport. They welcome you with a ver interesting drink and orientation about the otel. The bungalows are very beautiful and all surrounded with trees and plants and flowers. The private beach is amazing. Our stay at PP Island Village was just perfect. Leaving it to back home was very difficult. |
Booking online with sawadee.com was extremely easy and convenient in addition to its reduced prices. |

My girlfriend and I stayed in the resort for 3 nights, arriving from Railay Beach. The transfer was easy - a hotel representative was waiting at the dock in Phi Phi for us with a sign. Upon arrival, we were helped by very friendly and attentive resort employees. We were considering upgrading to a suite from a regular room and the woman who helped us recommended that we do. We sure are glad that we did, as the suite was incredible - a bungalow right on the beach with amazing views of the water, complete with outside covered area with table and chairs (which was very helpful when it rained in the late afternoons) and breakfast brought to the room. The service couldn t have been better - hotel employees were always friendly and ready to help you with whatever you needed. When they mixed up our breakfast order one morning, we called room service and the new order was brought to us 5 minutes later. The restaurants were great, although a bit expensive, but worth every penny. The spa was also incredible- best massage I have ever had. I wish we had known about the village (with cheaper restaurants and massages etc) behind the resort although it didn t change the experience one bit. The infinity pool was great - always had space to sit and I loved the swim up bar. All in all, this place was amazing - we wish we had stayed there longer instead of moving on. And 8 weeks later I still think about our time there. I would recommend to anyone! |

We spent 4 nights at the resort. The Phi Phi Island resort and spa is an amazing place. It s location is perfect for individuals and couples.
The crew was pleasant and willing. There is a problem of poor English skills but they overcome it with willing and hospitality.
The resort is located far from the city (village) and any trip to the center will cost you approximately 1700 BAT. Other than that this place is PERFECT !!! Especially for couples or honeymooners. The place is romantic, its bay is beautiful and the resort itself is amazing not to mention the sunsets. There is a minor problem of mosquitoes but - that is what happen when you live in the jungle.
We also used the hotel travel services booked from swadee.com. The service cost a bit more but it worth it since it took us directly from the hotel to our destination.
I have only one word PERFECT
I cannot wait to go back |

So amazing! Best resort ever. From the moment you arrive you are treated specially. Throughout your visit, every staff member looks you in your eye and says hello. Prices are a bit high for Thailand, but it is a resort. Also! Walk behind the resort for restaurants and bars and massage. The massage at the resort is 1900 baht, while there is one for 200 a few feet away. I m sure they are different experiences, but we wish we would have known sooner that all that stuff was behind us. Also, you can take the hike over to Tonsai bay in about an hour- it s really neat and great experience. Once there you can hire a longtail back for about 1000 baht after 9pm, and cheaper earlier. It was super fun to take a boat at night and wonder how safe it was! haha, it is very safe. This resort is amazeballs. The pool is crazy. I would rate the food as not so great. |
Sawadee is a fine service. I think it needs to be advertised more outside of asia, as I was a bit scared to use it because I had never heard of it. |

Very nice hotel in a coconut plantation, magnificent plants and flowers, lots of birds, very quiet area (no cars, no long tail boats), excellent breakfast, good restaurants, very nice and clean bungalows, wonderful swimming pool.
The beach is nice and large but there is no snorkeling spot in front of the hotel ; you have to go a few hundreds meters further to find fishes... |

Hillside Pool Villa we stayed in was simply fantastic and certainly made our holiday experience something to remember. Service was first class and the staff are very very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem for them. Facilities and food were excellent. Highly recommended as a place to stay, we know we will be back. |

Really a beautiful and wellkept resort! Everything was clean and spotless, bungalows were cleaned twice a day and even the sheets smelled fresh. Excellent service! Pool area was amazing, near the beach, so you could easily enjoy both. The beach was also cleaned frequently. The food at the restaurants were tasty - a little bit expensive thougt. Breakfast was really good. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back within few years. |

This is an excellent hotel for relaxation and enjoying vacations. The rooms are very clean and everything very natural like just living in the nature. The staffs are nice and the food is very delicious especially the seafood restaurant. But the charges for picking up from boat to and fro is not very reasonable. |

The outward appearance of this resort is truely lovely, but don t be swayed by that. The staff are very inhospitable! The service is uncaring they are only interested in the tourist dollar! The prices are inflated and you pay for absolutely everything. The price to get from there to Phuket is so expensive on their private speed boat and they only have one service daily so if you have two nights there and arrive in the afternoon you have to be on the ferry at 10.30 the morning you leave boat and back to Phuket on their 10.30am ferry leaving you with one full day but paying for 2 full nights!!!! Due to the disappointment of only having on day there and we went there for my birthday my husband asked for an upgrade, they didn t want to know us and told us they were booked out. That was totally untrue as there were several empty bungalows along the beach front for both nights we were there he even told them that it was my birthday, they didn t care less. They told us that for extra money we could get a private boat back to Phuket at a later time, for the unbelievalble cost of $600 AUS for 2 adults and 2 children??? We ended up getting the ferry back for a quarter of the price they charged.We asked for a late check out after all this and they harrassed us with 2 phone calls to our room to see when we would vacate the room. Nice resort but would never go back the staff are cold and unfriendly. |
