Very poor breakfast, dogs in the restaurant. Rooms not clean, had to ask for shampoo and toiletpaper.
Television was broke,reapair after 5 days. Staff not friendly.
Trips from the hotel 40% more expensive than elswhere. |

The breakfast was not good! The staff was very unpolite. They only wanted to sell journeys. After not buying journeys they are getting very unpolite.

It was the 3rd time we went in this hotel, and it was marvellous as the other years... staff very kind, willingness to help you and to inform you, friendly. this time, there was a nice swimmming pool, very good for the children (and us too)...rooms are clean, there is nothing bad to say !! we surely will come back !! it s about 5 minutes by foot from the beach and 15 min (by foot)from the city of Ao Nang. perfect location for the people willing to be quiete but with the opportunities to move and to moke a lot of activities |
