We have stayed at Beach Terrace 5 times. The first time in 2000 when it was still a family owned hotel, and latest in January 2012. We have always felt welcome at the hotel. The staff is very kind and the housekeeping is excellent. The view from the seaview rooms is fantastic and the restaurant at the seafront is memorable. We offer our best recommendation and the best of luck to the hotel. |

The hotel location is good, room is nice. The only problem is their cleaning service. Nobody cleaned our room for 4 days, so we have to ask for the new towels and toilet paper by ourselves. They gave us beach towels, because they didnt have clean bath towels. Shame. |

Hotel s restaurant is connected to beach but rooms are not despite the description so a bit pricey. Our room aircond broke down and they struggle to fix it. Technician didn t bother to tell us how long or what was happening. Frontdesk also had no answer. Breakfast spread was reasonable. |
Payment screen had option to pay deposit but it doesn t allow. |

~ Convenience location
~ Good service
~ Breakfast tasted better than normal continental breakfast.
~ Quite inconvenience with glass bathroom where the roller blind is at outside the bathroom especially with kids around. |

Beach Terrace Hotel was in a convenient location to beach, Restauantes and shops. Beautiful view from top floor.
Try the canoeing through the gorges hard work but worth the look.
Shower in room is big but not a lot of water and takes a long time to get hot, but would recommend hotel. |
Good service would use again, planning to go to Pattaya in 6 months will try your service if price is right. |

The staff could not speak or/and understand english. The welcome drink was half a glass juice. We tried to phone the hotel in order to book a cab from the airport but failed because we could not understand the Thai. We hung up. The only good ting was wireless internet.We have been in Thailand 5 times but never had so bad accomodation.

The room looks different from the pics in the web and so small so when u have extra bed you have no more space to put your bags and stuffs. The food at breakfast dont have many variations and the taste are so-so.
But the location is good and nice view from the room. |

After reading some fellow travellers reports, we were nervous about staying at this hotel. However, we stayed in room 508 and our friends in 408 below and the views alone from our balconies were brilliant. Every night we relaxed on the balcony and watched amazing sunsets over the water. The rooms had king sized beds, were clean and perfect for the price. Showers were luke warm, but refreshing!! Breakfast was a highlight, sitting over the water watching the long tails and speed boats come to life. Perfect location for shopping. We loved the Beach Terrace Hotel and will be back again. |

Beach Terrace hotel was not what we axpected. The hotel need a total renevation. Old and dirty, the bathrooms where terrible, smells awfull. Not all rooms has a terrace, the terrace are small and the plastic funitures old and dirty. The pool is small and does not look fresh, the sunbeds are greasy and there was no poolbar. The only positiv thing was the friendly and helpfull staff. |

As this was high season it was expensive. We would stay there again if visit during low season. Rooms are little tired but the view from balcony was amacing (from seaview rooms). The balconys are very close to each other so no privacy, but didn´t bother us. The food in the restaurant was better than expected, as was the location of it, placed on the beach. The little pool was ok for a dip now and then. The staff was very friendly . All in all we enjoyed our stay. |
