My stay with this resort is a pleasant one room wise is clean & neat, good aircon room, service with a smile from the staffs, as for breakfast limited choices.
good location for shopping foods & holiday trip is just around the corner. |

We used family room with 4 persons but hotel had only one key to offer, hard to manage when people come and go. Also in pool area there is space for more sunbeds even all existing ones are fully occupaid currently. Also pool towels running out almost every day. Small investment, more satisfied customers. Location is very good. |

Mycket bra centralt hotell överlag, den enda nackdelen var att det var lyhört. Mycket trevlig personal. Massage m.m fanns bredvid - prisvärt! |

Jag och min familj bodde i ett familyroom vilket innebär ett stort rum med balkong och med ett angränsande rum/alkov med bred och fin våningssäng inkluderat egen AC och balkong för barnen. mycket bra! Vi har dessutom säkert haft världens mest tålmodiga städerska som dagligen fixat till efter oss. Något slitet badrum dock. Läget nära båtarna och shoppingen är utmärkt. Bra pool och frukost utmärkt service. |
Som vanligt mycket smidigt och snabbt. |

The hotel room was ok although the bathroom odor eas urine. The pool water was dirty, fulfilled with colibacteria.Got urinary tract infecions(2 out of 3)out of it! Not good, engish was spoken poor everywhere. We were able to change to another, excellent Best Western Ao Nang resort et spa, pool and hotel was excellent!! |

Very good and central hotel. Friendly staff everywhere. Very good breakfast,and clean rooms;
nice courtyard setting. Very affordable hotel.

Good location, nice swimming pool (but we really hated people who booked the sun chairs early in the morning!!), good breakfast. Standard room was ok, not luxurious but not poor. Beautiful and well maintained garden.
Hotel staff was not friendly. I am afraid that my boyfrienf got a stomach flu from the hotel food he ate (tom yam soup, the prawns tasted strange and vere not fresh.) Otherwise thai food was very tasty, I love it! |

We was very satisfied with this hotel.
Good superiour room, big and clean.
The location is very good, just 200 m from the beach and the longtailboats.
The breakfast was good and many things to choose. We will come back in a few weeks.
Vi var jattenojda med detta hotell, vi ar en barnfamilj med 2 barn 6 och 11 ar. Vi trivdes jattebra och kommer snart att atervanda igen |

I paid for a standard room for 2. I got a room with a double bed & 1 single bed,with sofa too ! room is nice, but there was smell in the room & on our last night, the aircon water was linking from the top floor (not sure why), this had caused the single bed goes wet. Other than that the hotel was quite good & very good location at Ao Nang. less than 5 minutes walk to the beach,shops are easy accessible just right outside the hotel, & it is quite a famous hotel chain where most of the taxi/shuttle drivers will know.Breakfast was average, with ommelete, bread, cornflakes & some local fried meals. Overall , worth for the price that we ve paid. The front desk staff should improve their friendlyness towards the customers also it is low season now. |

helt ok skapliga rum men byggnad 5 var bäst tyckte vi.(ovanför poolen)efter att vi bytt några gånger :)Rent o snyggt med bra personal,Bra frukost. |
