We verbeleven 4 nachten in Aonang villa en het had wel langer mogen duren. De kamers zijn mooi en schoon. de zwembaden zijn geweldig met een prachtig uitzicht en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ondanks dat dit hotel wel duur is vo thaise begrippen was het het zeker waard. |
Was allemaal snel en goed geregeld. |

Having read many reviews, we chose this hotel because of its great location. We have two connecting Superier Deluxe rooms. Rooms are really big and comfortable though not deluxe. Free Wifi in the lobby and yet still usable in balconies. Everything is moderate and staff are friendly. Price right for this quality. |

Absolutely loved our stay in Ao Nang. Great location near to shoping and restaurants and directly opposite a fantastic beach.
Only negative was no elevator.
Can t wait to retiurn to Ao Nang and will stay here again, probably on lower floor. |

placed on third floor far away from main facilities (2 small kids / baby stroller + husband with bad back - no elevator).
Hotels has deteriorated since last time we visitied - we will not be coming back here. Parts need maintance / renovation (paint is peeling, rust is showing).
Childrens pool has visibly dirty water and no water circulation (at least during daytime when it was possible to see). Main pool is cleaner, but is not as inviting for bathing as we would like(there were mostly asian tourists when we visited and pools are perhaps less prioritised among this group).
Changed to other hotel after our pre-ordered night and were more happy there (Orchid). |

The beach are not that clean and if you didn t leave your towel at the pool by 5.30 am you couldn t get a sunbed.
The rooms are not that clean and very dark. |

This hotel is wonderful, from its location to the facilities on offer its a great choice. We stayed during low season and really got value for money. The room was great overlooking the pool and the majority of staff were very friendly. The pools were beautiful with wonderful views. The beach which was amazing was just a few steps from the hotel. Plently of bars/restaurants/shops just at the end of the hotel entrance. The massages poolside were very good value for money. I m looking forward to booking again. |
Booking service was excellent, this hotel was offered as an alternative by Sawadee and it was better than my original choice! |

The hotel seems old worn. the staff looked bored and tired. If you want a place for the night before leaving Ao Nang this may be an option, but only because of its location. Otherwise I wouldnt reccomend it! |

Ao Nang Villa was just okay. In their defence, we had just come from a 4-5 star hotel in Singapore, but in comparison Ao Nang Villa was sadly lacking. There were no facilities to iron our crumpled clothes other than the hotel laundry, which took four hours for its quickest service. The rooms were very hot unless you left the key in the slot, but they only gave one key per couple, so this was impossible.
We dined at their main restaurant on the first night as we were tired and my husband wanted the lobster advertised on a big billboard at the door. However, they had no lobster as the hotel was too quiet and we hadn t preordered it!! Why then was the billboard not taken down?
The staff were not as friendly as we are used to in Thai hotels, and it took forever to get anything from housekeeping, ie my daughter waited ten hours to get a mattress topper for her incredibly hard bed, and this was after constant repeated calls, we called for extra towels, and got extra doonas etc. etc.
If you dialled any number such as housekeeping, spa, etc. there was never any answer, but the front desk always answered and put us through.
Overall in my view it barely rates a 3 star, 2.5 at best. |
