Very nice hotel and value for money. We had a room with Pool Access, which is very nice. There is not much sun at the balcony on these rooms, but you should go to the islands and beaches in this area anyway to get the sun :) |

Gorgeous hotel, comfy rooms, little noise and the rooms are reasonably priced. They overcharge for everything though, including wifi etc, food is pricey |

nice hotel with good price. Location is ok as it is location in between two beaches. Service is good. however, food is a bit more expensive at its grade and internet is 100bahts per 15mins. The best thing about this hotel is location. It is only 7-10 mins to Ao Nang Beach. We walked to the beach and shopping area everday where you could find many shops and restaurants. Staff were quite OK , not that great but accepatable. Breakfast is the area that should be improved. No variety of food (especially bread, only one choice). |

The hotel is a 20B or 5 min walk from the Ao Nang beach road, but the quiet back street and very friendly staff makes up for this. The hotel is quite new and is well worth the price, which was cheap by the way! |

Good rooms, clean, quiet at night, close to beaches (3 mins & 10 mins walk), staff got us a nanny at very short notice. Breakfast was solid and kids loved their pizza as well as their 50cm deep pool. We had two pool access rooms. They were lovely, spacious and beautiful. All staff was genuinly friendly and helpful. Good food in the resturant, but a little expensive. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The hotel is a easy 5-10 min walk to Aonang beach but tuk tuk s are available everywhere. It s a great place to stay in. Value for money and the staff are extremely helpful. The location does not matter much as all the tour pacakges will pick the guests up from their own hotels to the speed boat terminal for all the island tours. 5 minutes walk and you re already in central ao nang. Will definitely stay again! |

Great hotel , stayed in a pool access room and it was great.Only downside for me was that i wished it was just a bit closer to the main shopping district. |

We visited during low season, and that may have some influence on our experience.
Reception was very helpful and service minded, and spoke very good english. Most other staff cannot speak English besides a few phrases central to their function.
Rooms (we tried both pool view & pool access) were great. The bathroom of the pool access was smaller than in the pool view rooms. The pool access is useful if you want to do a quick dip in the morning, but the private pool is narrow, and shared between all ten pool access rooms. Kids from all other rooms find it very interesting to explore and play in this pool. Staff seems to think this is ok. Next time we will just take a pool view room.
Bed was hard, per standard in almost all Thai hotels.
Breakfast was ok. Most days we had to order what hot dishes we wanted (omelet, fried rice etc.), and two days there was a buffet with hot dishes. Cereals, toast and jam are self service.
Pool area was fine. Tiles around the pool get very slippery when wet! There was no staff in the pool bar. You had to call someone to make an order. Sales could have been much higher if the bar had been staffed.
Massage service was top quality, the girls were all fantastic, and the price equal to most other places. Strongly recommended!
