The standard rooms are really not good. The beds are as hard as wood, the towels are dirty and you can fall on cockroaches. You will need a torch to see where you re walking when you go back to your room at night and also to see if there is a crab (not small ones) that is going to jump in front of you.
The place is very nice, it worth staying one night but not more. |

Location is good but I think they care foreigner more than Thai. The restaurant looks dirty but understand that they welcome diving group. No choice to do more due to there is only a resort on this island ^^ |

Budget bungalows with great view, we didn t expect more.
What ruins the impression is the clear constant noise coming from the middle island (where the check-in is), probably a generator or something. |

It is an amazing place. Ii s like in Venice . The best time is to stay there overnight, when all dayly toutist have gone. Then the islands are like hideaways in South Pacific. |

a beautiful location. Excellent rooms with more thn we expected in terms of services and fittings etc. Only the day trippers mar the tranquility of the place but I suppose they need the extra income. |

The view is good there.But the service in the restaurant was the worst i had met in Thailand. My daughter had a high fever in Nang Yuan Island, I had to ask for some hot water for her to take some medicine in the restaurant. But the man who might be a manager there told me that if I want to have a small glass of hot water I had to pay 20Bath for it ！Money is the most important thing for your resort? It s the worst impression for me in Thailand! |

Great place to be except that the wife nearly killed herself on the unsafe railings which are brittle and not maintained. The beds were too hard. The island is magnificent though even if the coral has spoiled a bit through bleaching and storms. Saw black tip reef sharks. |

We are et Nangyuan for the 3rd time in 5 years. We love it beacause of the nature and the ambience. And the very nice staff. We will be back for sure. |

Une experience unique a ne pas rater. Il faut etre pret a jouer le jeu et a passer les pieds dans l eau a maree basse pour rejoindre sa chambre. les coraux sont au pied de votre chambre et le site absolument exceptionnel. Si vous passez une semaine a koh tao, faites au moins 2 nuits a nang yuan et le reste sur koh tao selon votre desir de confort.

we asked for hot water for my 2 yr old baby. The staff at restaurant said charge for 10B and I explained we are staying and for my baby smilk feeding. They still said 10B. They should have provided kettle in the room and if not never should charge extra. It is a long way to go to ask for hot water at the restaurant. check out time is 10am too ealry. and if after swiming I need a frest water shower at the beach they insisted to charge each person a 10 B again.When I was picked up by the boat back to Koh Samui I asked where my tow luggages, the staff at the couneter said her colleagued bring them to the pier already. Then when we were almost on broad,I asked where my luggages.. They then realized they have left at the counter????? very bad servbices. Their staff at the restaruant never cleaned tables or floor, but were around to caht each other. I asked to order food, they asked me to find a table myslef even I was with my two year old baby . I did need their help to find a spare table, as alomost full. They asked me to go some corner to find the spare tabel my self and will be bakc to me in one minute, but no boday came ..... I don;t think they cared about client s services at all and charg etoo much on room rate ... |
