The hotel was great and the service staff were fantastic. Only set back is the mosquito in the evening which I cant open my room window to view the sea. Need to do more to improve the situation. |

Can t speak highly enough of this hotel! The hotel itself left me in awe as we were led through the complex. We stayed in superior sea veiw top floor over looking the pool and the beach, the mornings were beautiful with grand balconys to relax in. Hotel services were more than adequate every employee made us feel like royalty during our stay, buffet breakfast was exceptional and on from reasonable hours 6am-10am gives plenty of time to enjoy your morning with no rush. Myself and partner have been to Thailand several times and stayed in samui finest hotels this will be the one we will be returning to magnificent place to be, thank you. |
Was very helpfull with no problems and provided a hassle free smooth holiday. |

We stayed in both Superior Room and Beach Pool Villa. The hotel is new but already showing wear and tear with peeling paint, broken shower heads,etc. So imagine in another 1-2 more years ... if they dont keep up with maintaining the hotel. Overall its a lovely hotel on a lovely quieter end of Chaweng and staff is helpful, service calls are prompt too. Breakfast is substantial although the variety doesn t change much. My family (5 adults plus 2 children) enjoyed ourselves very much for the hotel s coziness.
Not so pleasant side... Hotel should alert guests at check-in that the bedroom slippers (white cloth ones) are not for keeps or to be thrown after use. We used them alot in and out of room in villa and was attempting to trash it when we were told to return them and hotel will clean and re-use it! Although we are all for recycling.. but the hygiene factor PLUS they will charge for the slippers (if guests kept them).. was very absurd for a hotel. Not seen of heard of hotels who charge guests for bedroom slippers! or worse Re-use them? |

We had a beach pool villa. Great villa beach front, with private sunbeds.Very clean with all you the comforts you need. You must have this type villa on this resort. Other villas is also nice inside but no view and small terrace. The hotel pool is ok and relaxed. The gym was very dissapointing.
Lunch and dinner restaurants had great food, but pretty expancive, and little to no view. The beach bar is ok.
Staff is all smiling and are nice, but maybe a little unprofessional.
All in all We would come back to this hotel and stay again in the beach pool villa |

Been there for 2 weeks in May.
+ Excelent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Room service twice a day. Absolutely no weak points.
+ Very good atmosfere, very well maintained territory, pool is always crystal clear.
+ As for me, good quality and variety of food for breakfast. You can consume as much food as you can:)
+ Happy hours 50% discount for drinks form 2 to 5 pm.
+ Beach is good (keeping in mind that it s Chaweng), Jet Ski rental is 150m to the left, South end of Chaweng is 200m to the right, number of sunbeds on the beach is about 50 or more, that is enough for everyone.
- Restaurant is way overpriced (prices are comparable with Dr. Frog s) so it s always or almost empty in the evening. But it s totally not a problem in Thailand:)
- Noise in the room (in the main building, not a bungalow) from the street because of 100-baht cheap noise-transparent entrance door facing directly to the street. And. The noise. From that Aircon. Installed in the ceiling. Even on the lowest speed it s very noisy. It is not the particular hotel s problem, it is the problem in ALL Thai hotels (even true 4-5 star i ve been) where those ceiling systems are installed. The only way to make them quiet is to turn them off.
- Semi-transparent window screen in the bathroom. It s a real problem if there s more than 1 person in room, esp. if there are children. We really needed to switch the lights in the bathroom off in the evening time to take a shower and... you know. The hotel MUST change them.
In general, if there weren t those room issues, i d call this hotel The Perfect One on Chaweng by the quality/price ratio. |

We are a family of 2 adults and three children 14, 11, 11 that stayed for a week in April 2011. In general the staf makes an attempt to please it s gusts and has there best intentions at heart. we had booked a Superior room not realizing that all these rooms are all situated on Chaweng road. The rooms lack acoustic and sound proofing from the road. Perhaps I am a bit more sensitive than others. We were moved to the last room on the floor which is a suite and has an extra door to the bedroom which added to the sound insulation. The drawback is that it is the last room as is right above the electric generator and the high volatge transformers.
Breakfast: it has a modest variety which is not too bad. The man working the egg station had no idea how to break eggs and was digging out egg shell from the pan - pretty disgusting.
I would recommend the place for couples without kids, since there are no activities for kids. The main pool was nice and the beach was great - both white clean sand and clear water.
We Tried eating dinner onenight at the hotel - it was a disaster - the food was no more than OK and the service was terrible - after more than hour that some of the dishes didn t arrive we got up and left. House keeping: They never did a job 100% - either forgot to replace all the towels, leave new soap, toilet paper etc...
Location: The location was great except the road is right on top of the Superior rooms.

Fantastic resort! We stayed in a sea view room which did have a spectaculat view, in actual fact I am glad we stayed here and not in a more expensive pool access as these weren t really worth more. Great location too, being a good 20 min walk to central chaweng but very near to plenty of bars and restaurants at the slighttly quieter end. |
No problems whatsoever. Excellent. Would use again and use every time we visit Thailand. |

Brilliant hotel, perfectly located. When we arrived we werent happy with the room as we asked for 2 beds and only had one, they had no hassle in moving us straight away. All the staff were very accomodating! The food in the restuarant was excellent. Looking forward to going back! |

Hotel is a good value hotel compared to others in koh samui, it has everything you need. Clean and tidy, Staff ok. When i became il and called a doctor i was unable to fly home so insurance were to pay hotel for extra nights. We were constantly phone in our room and even staff coming to room and demanding us pay for the room even when they had an e.mail from insurance saying they were paying. we were also charged £115.00 on credit card which was fraudulently done |
Booking was easy and the cheapest and i would use this company again to book my hotel. |

This is the 3rd time being in Koh Samui. I had an Ocean Pool Villa in Samui Resotal & Spa. It is amazing, room is really big rather than I expect by saw the photos thru website.
The bed is comfortable.All basic bathroom stuffs are good even more than I expected by my bad existing experience in Chaweng.Just one thing is the house keeping cannot meet the standard, they never refill or change enough bathroom stuff everyday, such as toothpaste, I need to ask for it everyday. whole area is quite silent and cozy,is good for relax. An accident had happened to me during the boat trip to Marine Park, I got hurt my left feet by an sharp wooden stick at Green Lagoon. I got dressed the wound by the local guide immediately, he was efficiency! I asked the hotel reception for help when i got back to hotel, they only had alcohol, nothing else. I was so disapppointed. First Aid Box is a MUST to everyone for emergency, especially in a hotel.
Overall, I like this hotel very much but have to improve their housekeeping training and ready a FIRST AID BOX (FILLED) all the time. |

the staff were extremely helpful and provide good service. Especially due to my husband s illness, they voluntarily make contacts for us with the doctor, the other hotel we had booked, the airline that we were to change our ticket... Their warmth and kindness signals a terrific Thai travel service system and we are sure to come back due to the satisfactory service we have expericed. |
