Nice hotel, nice rooms.
Pool was kind of a disappointment and the staff didn t seem too happy about their jobs.
The rooms were nice, and the location is OK. |

Perfect Hotel in the centre of Chaweng and close to the sea. Big size rooms of high quality and some of them with nive view.
The service was excelent having very kind and attentive people.
The Hotel offers also spa services in good prices.

We booked the suite romm and it was very big and nice. Free internet was a bit slow but who wants to spend their holiday online. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast is one of the best I have had with a chef cooking your own omelette. Efficient and prompt service. Taxi was arranged and there waiting for us. Would use Sawadee.com again. |

Good location but not very good service and have to wait to get what you expect.
Booking was ok but had to wait for checking in as 1 room was not ready.I room was stinking with bad smell and only the next day, they changed to another room. 12 of myfamily members could not sleep for the whole night . <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

actually this is our second stay in nora chaweng hotel when the first one was almost 2 weeks before when we were staying for 5 nights. the room is large & comfortable everything neat and clean very nice decorations. the service was great and breakfast was very good <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
booking was very comfortable. we got a confirmation for every step of invitation. |

Es ist ein schönes, modernes, sauberes Stadthotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Der Pool sauber. Man ist mit wenigen Schritten direkt im Trubel, wohnt aber dennoch ruhig. Der Strand ist über die Strasse nach nur 300 m leicht erreichbar. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen! <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Great hotel, this was our 3rd time to KS, and 2nd time that we have stayed at the Nora Chaweng Hotel. It was a full family affair this time round, we have brought our kids, my niece and Mum as it was my Siters Wedding.
The hotel is the centre of Cheweng Rd, and great location. The Hotel is very clean and all the staff are very helpful, carrying and polite. The room are fantastic and clean at all times, and a value for the money.
Our kids were treated so well by the staff at the hotel, always very accomodating to our needs. You can t ask for more than that.
We are defenetely coming back again next year, but this time we are going to bring all of our staff, as a part of our Company Staff Holiday. Can t wait already:)

Very clean, modern and spacious. Fast free Internet. No outside space, no beach, only indoor pool. |
Much cheaper to book web special using agent. Booking system more complicated than booking.com, involves multiple emails. |

Management is not taking care of customers at all! The staff is friendly but with very low English acknowledge. The communication is for that reason very difficult. For instance they wanted to let me pay the room again. Means Hotel staff is not trained enough!
AC in the room is not installed at the right place. The AC-fan is blowing directly to the bed! |

Cheap price but the quality is not good.
Smell bad odor and the cleanless is bad.

average the rooms are new and clean but very small the beds very hard and the water from the bathroom smelled. service was healpful and friendly but wouldn t stay there again, the pool was so nice to look at but the whole area around i stank really bad breakfast was very adverage, would recommend staying on the beach. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
