Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, traumhaft sind die Zimmer und Villen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Konsumationen im Hotel, wie Essen, Getränke und Massagen, sind masslos überteuert. Die Preise stehen gegenüber den Angeboten ausserhalb der Hotelanlage in keinem Verhältnis.
Schade; wir werden aus diesem Grund nicht mehr hin gehen. |

Excellent hotel. Very clean, fantastic staff all very friendly and good English spoken. Amenities were good and able to take advantage of free activities on the beach such as wind surfing and kayaking. Meals were of a good quality and the event nights such as seafood, steak and Thai, all with dining on the beach, were excellent. Would definitely go back again :) |

Pool not too crowded nor noisy. Beach is easily accessible for good swimming. Sand is not white and bit grainy. Beach boys take good care of sunbathers.
The Thai restaurant has an extensive choice of Thai classics and they ll prepare the dishes the way the diner wants.
Even though the hotel was full, the beach, the pool and the restaurants never gave the impression to be crowded. Staff service and staff attentiveness everywhere in the hotel was just incredibly good and pleasant. Staff goes out of their way to please you. We have been vacationing in Thailand for the last ten years now, and this resort experience was the best.
Like everywhere in Thailand, the secret to get warm service is that the customer has to be friendly, chatty and smiling to the staff. They pay you more than back for this. I see too many bossy customers, so they deserve what they get. |

The Hotel is a nice place from any side except pool restaurant. Breakfast is more or less OK also every day you ll get absolutely the same meals. But don t expect much from lunches and evenining events on the beach. The food is so-so and mostly a way to get money from tourists who are ready to pay a lot (as they think) for having Phuket lobster right on the beach. We strongly recommend Thai restaurant at the hotel which is (to our strong opinion) the best Thai restaurant on the island. Whatever you order will be delicious and accompanied by perfect service. Another strong poin is SPA which very relaxing and professional. |
