Hotel really has a lot to do to make he place a better choice. The bathroom is where they should start first. The A/C is loud that it does not promote a very relaxing environment . But to some degree it s good as there a night club close to the hotel that blasts it s music until the wee hours of the night. Finally the staff needs to refine there English . They were very nice people but they do not understand much English and the service is really below standard |

The Hotel is lacking in a lot of areas.. Service which is pretty non existent really needs to be worked out! You have to hunt the staff down to get someone to help you.. Rooms were in poor shape! Spent an extra 25.00 dollars a night and stay at a better location and hotel! |
Booking service was fine, actualy they were more then helpful in finding me another place. |

We stopped in the Baan Sansabai Jai (biggest Villa at the resort). The Villa was a fantastic size, decorated nicely and had all the electric appliances required. The restaurant service/food was great. They served a wide menu to please all. The pool was a good size. I would highly recommend this place for anyone stopping in Koh Samui. |

les villas individuelles sont tres bien avec leur piscine privée. Je le recommande vivement. il n est pas tres loin de la plage et des commerces et un service de navette vous y amene sans problemes. calme et luxe dans les villas. un personnel a l écoute et trés serviable! n hesitez pas!
il est a noter que je n ai pas vu l interieur de l hotel classique car nous avions la villa VIP (avec 2 vrai chambres!) |

What a wonderful place! I was very pleased and surprised at the quality of the hotel and facilities, could not have asked for better, the rooms, views and pool are beautiful. Not to mention the people running the hotel who were so helpful and friendly, we loved our stay so much we booked again on our way back from another island. And when we return will without doubt book there again. Loved every minute! |

location is very good. 2 minutes by motorbike to chaweng. locate near the lake. staff are very good and helpfull. specially manager tik and nut. also maintanance are very nice specially noy and lin. price is nice. also there is a little swiming pool and nice resterunt. free wifi is very good. stayed for 3 months and had a great time. the place is highly recomanded. |

very good hotel. i ordered for 1 month and stayed for 3 months. staff is very nice and very helpful. espicially manager tik and nut at reception. also maintanace is very good espicially noy and lin. there is also small swiming pool and nice resterunt. free wifi at al rooms was great. the place is near the lake only 2 minutes drive from main street in chaweng. for sure i will be back. |

We stayed in the VIP Villa for 10 nights over New Years 2011. The staff were all so friendly and helpful.
The pool is our Villa was great and the Villa was perfect for our needs.
Pad Thai seafood is great from the hotel bar.
We hired scootors from the hotel for 200bht a day ($6 AUD) and loved driving around and exploring! |

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which overall was lovely. Our only complaints were that the second bedroom was part of the lounge so it was not particularly private. The TV didn t work for 2 of the 5 days we were staying there and the location was about a 10-15 min walk away from the main Koh Samui beach/shops. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and presentable. Would recommend if you don t mind a bit of walk to the attractions. |
