Al's Resort, Chaweng Beach best position on beach.staff somewhat slow to deal with problems.asked for kettle and it took a day and half to get it.hot water in shower not working on arrival.again a day and a half to get fixed.house keeping staff brilliant.no aircon or fly screens in restuaraunt so flies all over food.easy check in and out.apart from position would not use again.security did nothing to shut up 12 noisy americans for 4 nights.just stood and watched as we sorted ourselves. |

Al's Resort, Chaweng Beach a beautiful hotel, nice swimming pool, nice breakfast. but room is quite small, decoration in bath room is too simple, two dark in the room. |

Al's Resort, Chaweng Beach This has been my sixth visit to Thailand. First to Koh Samui.Ifound the hotel to be poor value for money. Everything, from check in to rooms to food and including service was extremely diappointing.There is a lot to be learnt from the industry in Phuket.Especially treatment of the customer.I experienced intolerance from management and staff.I got the feeling that I was viewed as being ignorant. I WILL reccommend Koh Samui as holiday destination. But I WILL NOT reccommend Al s Resort to my friends and colleagues.I am part of the travel industry, and expected so much more. |
I have read with amazement the wonderful reports of previous clients. This particular agent did OK with this booking. Unfortunately I had a run in with another agent on a dispute about price on Ark Bar resort. This left me with poor views of the service provided. Once again I was made out to be the idiot when the agent clearly manipulated the facts. |

Al's Resort, Chaweng Beach What a great stay, happily we made a good choice with Al s Resort. The location couldn t have been more perfect! The Resort itself needed a little TLC and the shower and toilet being together made things interesting...The supermarket at the entrance to the resort is a huge help and you can buy almost anything there at a very reasonable price (food, sunscreen, sodas, drinks etc). We used the spa at the resort too, great service and at a good rate. The jet skis for hire on the beach are real value for money. The ladies who sell fresh fruit and corn on the cob are certainly welcome, their produce are always fresh and delicious. Overall a great value for money resort. |

Al's Resort, Chaweng Beach Our first stay at Chaweng Beach and we were quite happy with the Resort. Location is excellent right on the beach and the room was ok size for 2 adults and 2 children. On the flipside there was a bad sewer smell just outside our room and the beach was suffering from oil patches (not the hotels fault...) If you want to go to Chaweng I find Al s Resort quite OK considering value for money. |

Al's Resort, Chaweng Beach The room was cleaned daily by a lovely lady who cleaned it extremely well and provided us with a big smile and was always very friendly. Overall i really enjoyed my stay at Al s Resort and would stay there in the future. Cheers |

Al's Resort, Chaweng Beach Stayed one night in seaview room. There was a door connecting our room to the one next door so we could hear everything - their wake up call woke us up too! Staff were good except for beach boy who was not helpful when it came to setting up an umbrella. Breakfast room looks very tired. |
